Unit 3f Pros: very kind management great neighbors fantastic location Cons: tough process to get in but its all front loaded my unit has loud radiators but that may not be the case for everyone. the radiator fix would require a gut reno my unit was advertised as having roof access and thats not true the courtyard has bike and stroller storage but is not a good place to hang

Pros: Lived in NYC over 25 years in ten different buildings and have never had a super so responsive. Building is always clean, and any issue with the building is always resolved quickly and in a friendly manner. Never adversarial, always welcoming and looking our for tenants. Something truly rare in Nyc Cons: Unit came with older AC wall units.

Pros: Door people are nice and great for packages Cons: Nothing. I love this building. Advice to landlord: More basement storage

Pros: Such a warm and wonderful community - even as a renter, this place felt like home. Cons: On a lower floor that faced the interior courtyard and backyard area, the one thing I wish we’d had was more natural light, especially in winter Advice to landlord: None

Pros: Lots of nice young folks (late 20s through early 40s). Thick walls. Great location. Cons: The courtyard could be a better space!

Pros: Nice community. Great super. Cons: Some rodent issues. Not as bad a many buildings.
