Pros: Awesome roof deck Chelsea piers gym in building Cheap for area Great staff No issues with neighbors Subway access is phenomenal - maybe best in the city New building Cons: - When we lived there, there was construction across the street but that’s it finished just as we moved out .. unfortunately it was 2 years.. - exact street isn’t that nice but all areas around are nice; love state street - low amenities - didn’t have laundry in my unit

Pros: Very clean and modern. Maintenance is responsive and quick. Cons: Noise levels - you can hear construction at almost all hours.

Pros: I enjoyed living there it was well kept, clean, I had no issues with neighbors. Cons: Kinda pricey. Difficult to get out of lease

Unit 720 Pros: Convenient location with great amenities and building staff. The elevators are efficient. Cons: They have an abundance of not-for-profit homeless shelter units and if you are below the 15th floor you’re going to have them as neighbors. Along with that comes a lot of bad actors and unsanitary behavior/fighting and domestic violence. Enjoy paying market rate for your “luxury” unit for that experience. You should know the Livingston side will experience construction happening across the street from 7 am -4 pm Mon-Sat for years to come. This actually doesn't bother me but it may bother you. Advice to landlord: You can’t call this a luxury building - I hope the tax breaks are worth it.

Pros: Unit layouts and finishes are great, particularly the hard oak floors and kitchen. Great management, very useful online site for reporting any issues, staff are immediately responsive to any needs. Cons: Studio and 1bedroom units do not come with in unit washer dryer, though there is a large laundry room in a very fancy cellar floor Advice to landlord: Be better

Pros: Very clean, great outdoor space, excellent and timely with maintenance requests. Cons: A few recent incidents involving guests of neighbors- apparent break ins Advice to landlord: Better security to prevent issues with tenant guests

Pros: Probably one of the better managed high rises in the area. Very solidly built and had hardly any issues in 4 years. Cons: AC unit was sometimes problematic Advice to landlord: More regular AC checkups especially in summer
