Pros: Staff is amazing. Very responsive and fast maintenance. Great location. Cons: Can hear neighbors in the hallway sometimes. Can hear neighbors open and close blinds

Unit 2408 Pros: Amenities, doormen, package center, cleanliness and updated apartments Cons: It is not the nicest area, in one direction you are in beautiful brownstones and nightlife, but the other it can feel desolate and underdeveloped. Advice to landlord: N/A

Unit 1114 Pros: Mailroom and front desk staff Cons: Moldy bathroom, everything in apartment breaks, noisy construction racist neighbors and management weirdos steal packages delivered to door so be careful Advice to landlord: Be understanding of low income tenants and victim of domestic violence

Unit 508 Pros: The discount to Chelsea piers gym! That was an amazing and unique perk of nyc. Also the building is super responsive to maintenance requests. Cons: Doormen were somewhat rude. The walls were very thin so could hear even a tv coming from a neighbors apartment

Pros: 1. Common areas are well maintained, from lobby to elevators, hallways, and common rooms and outdoor deck 2. Property management is quick to respond to any needs through the app. Broken AC? New one comes. Shower issues? Handyman is there in a jiffy. Curtain stalled? New one within the day. Cons: Noise level. This is probably not the building's fault but the noise on the side of Bond Street is crazy from the morning traffic.

Pros: Fantastic building with great staff and building management is reasonable. Above a Chelsea piers which is convenient. Cons: Neighbors are the downside to the building. Sometimes neighbors can be noisy and will smoke in their apartments leaking cigarette smoke smells into the hallways.

Pros: haven’t had any major issues since moving here Cons: - common areas aren’t very well-maintained (and/or other residents treat them poorly) - management can be slow to respond

Unit 1205 Pros: It's brand new state of the art with incredible amenities and amazing subway access Cons: Some street noise on the 13th floor - e.g. honking etc. Also can hear people next door rolling up curtains
