INSTALLATION OF AN ILLUMINATED BUSINESS ACCESSORY SIGN . NO CHANGE IN USE, EGRESS OR OCCUPANCY
Mechanical work-new air cooled VRF heat pump syst. to provide cooling, heating, & ventilation to the 1st fl. of the bldg. ducted & ductless fan coil units will be installed on 1st & mezz. to serve the 1st fl, air cooled heat pumps on roof (cont'd below)
Proposing to remove (1) Lavatory (1) water closet & (1) mop sink & disconnecting, cap & remove water feed to the cooling tower. Install (1) Lavatory, (1) Water Closet, (2) non-residential sink, (2) drains - all w/ assoc. piping. See below in comments.
Interior renovation of the first floor (excluding the mezzanine) for use as a cannabis dispensary. Work to include remove & install new non-structural interior partitions, finishes & millwork. All work as per plans.
