Pros: Good water pressure no utilities and cheap rent Cons: Dangerous Naighborhood , no parking , it’s Desgusting

Pros: Inexpensive to live in Cons: Not a very comfortable neighborhood to be in. Very noisy at all hours Advice to landlord: Dont do it
