The location is very convenient and the surrounding infrastructure is excellent, with shops, services, and transportation easily accessible. The neighborhood feels safe and well-maintained, which makes everyday living comfortable. Overall, it has been a very positive experience living here.

I've been without heat now for a few days now, and it's currently 31 degrees. CaesuraBK Apartments, Issue has still not been resolved. Still waiting for issue to be fixed. It happens often. False promises. Never gets fixed.

My experience is okay I wish this building had access to the gym 24/7. I also wish the gym smith machine was better and not free weights. Because it is very easy to hurt yourself on the free weights. The window ledge inside my living room easily gets moist and damage when a lor of rain happens. The bathtub I got was scraped up and also the tub was not reglazed. But I already signed leased> I thought it would have been re-done by move in. Other than that it's a great location. nearby trains, food and supermarkets.

Excellent apartment! Nothing to complain about, from the building to management to amenities to location. From the pre application process to application and move in the management has been responsive and helpful too.

Since 2018 I have been a valued resident at Caesura. My overall living experience has been outstanding. I look forward to the continued service from staff including maintenance. I appreciate the efficiency with the mailing services particularly the lockers for larger packages.

I enjoy living here quite a lot. I appreciate Christian and Osman. I like that we now have live plants in the lobby. Anything we can do to elevate the appearance of the building feels important to me. Thank you. I’m glad I live here.

The staff and the community amenities are nice and the location is very convenient to all my shopping, travel and entertainment needs. I also like that it is a smoke free environment. I feel very safe and happy residing at Ceasura.
