Pros: The older porter in 270 does excellent work. While the younger ones smoke marijuana in the backyard of 250. Cons: The super is well aware of the congregation that tenants have in front of the building which causes noise nuisance and left garbage on a daily basis and he doesn’t enforce loitering. The stairwells are disgusting. Urine, garbage and it smells. Advice to landlord: Stop concentrating on the garage and focus on providing a clean and safe place to live.
