Disconnect and remove roof mounted Cooling Tower and provide new Chiller with structural base, new heat exchanger, air cooled condenser on roof. New Air Handler unit. Associate ductwork, piping, valves, dampers, BIMS system upgrade.
Remove Gypsum board ceiling, framing and existing access panels as necessary to replace / install new fire dampers.
PROVIDE CHILLER MAKE UP WATER SERVICE METER, BACK FLOW PREVENTER-RPZVALVES AND ASSOCIATED PIPING IN COMPLIANCE WITH DEP REQUIREMENTS. PROVIDE CONDENSATE DRAIN PIPES, FLOOR DRAINS AND CONNECTION, BACKWATER VALVE AND ASSOCIATED PIPING.
