Pros: Elevator, nothing else Cons: Everything! I had leaking issues, and mold growing out of my walls. They charged to much for horrible housing and lazy supers Advice to landlord: Lower your rent and fix the building! Pipes are leaking! It’s rodent infested! Stop being a slum lord!

Pros: Nothing was good Cons: Roaches , bed bugs , mice, smelly pipes Advice to landlord: Take care of your building , stop being cheap!!
