Pros: 24/7 doormen. Location. Clean. Safe/reliable package handling. Cons: In-unit washing machine can be replaced/updated

Pros: excellent staff, units are clean and newly updated. Cons: very few cons! great building Advice to landlord: make it a bit easier for renters to end leases early

Pros: Staff Clean Location Cons: Some neighbors smoke in the building and somehow it gets into your apartment l Advice to landlord: Work on ways to curb in apartment smoking
