Contractor to install six (6) below grade reinforced cast-place and precast structures. Scope includes excavation and backfill, placing steel reinforcement, placing and curing cast-in-place concrete and setting precast concrete structures.
Providing exhaust air in the underground electrical vault, interlocked with the light switch, to purge 6 air changes per hour (ACH) upon entry to the vault. Dehumidification and heating will be provided to maintain 50 deg F and less than 60% RH.
