Pros: My neighbors are pretty good. Rent is okay , mainly if you've been here for over 20 years Cons: Rats get in everywhere Mold Leaks from roof and old piping Management doesn't like to make r actual repairs, just patch work. Hallways are painted prison colors Elevators need to be replaced but again patch work Garage is leaky and terribly maintained Rats Roaches Laundry machines are not cleaned regularly R cracks walls from water damage Security is lacking Advice to landlord: Take away the prison colors Hire security that actually works Make needed repairrs and not patchwork

Unit 21J Pros: Big apartment, cheap Cons: a roach crawled up my leg at my dinner table, a woman threw up on me in the elevator, ceiling collapsed in bathroom, no hot water

Unit 13K Pros: Rent Stabilitize , close to trains , schools, and shopping Cons: It’s dirty, maintenance is poor, you can’t get maintenance to do a proper job when you call them to fix or replace anything in your apartment. Management don’t help when you call to complain. There is a lot of fire hazard, for example people with balcony over crowd there balcony . Elevator is always broken . Advice to landlord: Take of the building and have better workers repair things or change it.

Pros: The apartment itself was newly renovated and very big Cons: The building was almost always dirty and elevators smell bad

Pros: Long-time residents and even the guys hanging out front were pretty nice. Cons: Temp 100, have to open windows in winter, roaches bad Advice to landlord: exterminator every week

Unit 19c Pros: Cheap, great location, has good views, has nice neighbors, and very responsive management. Cons: Trash room could be cleaner. People always leave their trash in the room and that bothers me.

Pros: Rent was affordable and neighbors were very nice; big laundry room in the basement Cons: Elevators were frequently broken, violence in and around the courtyard, and recurrent issues with pests Advice to landlord: Do a better job turning over apartments. My apartment was filthy when I moved in; trash still in drawers, paint in all the outlets, blocked trains, etc...

Pros: You’re able to get to several places easy because it is close to things such as manhattan Cons: There is not enough security and they need better maintenance

Unit 22D Pros: There are lots of multi generation families in the building, so very kind old people and kids often in the elevators. Lovely community vibe and TONS of space in the apartments Cons: Generally not taken care of- there are often weird smells in the halls or elevators. Packages get stolen often. Elevators break down regularly. Advice to landlord: Fully upgrade the elevators!! It’s a safety hazard to have 22 floors full of old people and not be able to get to them.
