Pros: Amenities are nice Cons: Heat was a disaster this winter. Walls are super thin. You could get more space for a better price locally

Pros: Unbeatable location, prime north wburg close to the waterfront, the best restaurants, the best nightlife, and the best shopping area. Next to Trader Joe’s and close to Whole Foods. Cons: Building is wonderful, only issue was the heating (not central)

Pros: Most things about this apartment are a plus. Great location. Right next to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods as well. Super is very responsive and maintenance is quick. Amenities are pretty solid as well if you use them. Cons: In my opinion there are 3 main downsides of then building. 1. Laundry situation. Each floor has its own washer/dryer room but there are only 2 of each on each floor. Then there are 3 washers/dryers on the basement but it can be difficult to get them sometimes. 2. I’ve lived in two different units in this building and both had the same issue with water heat, especially in the winter. I’m in a studio right now and the water gets cold after like 15-20 min max. When I had roommates in my old unit, if one of them showered then I used the shower right after, my water would get cold fairly quickly. 3. It’s fairly expensive for the size of the apartments but I think that’s mainly due to the location being very desirable.

Pros: Building was pretty enjoyed the rooftop and big windows. Cons: We had a really bad mice infestation and the landlord did nothing to help until we called 311. Also they have nice amenities but the gym always had broken machines and the pool had horrible hours so you could never use it.

Pros: super clean, repairs done quickly, very responsive super, awesome location. decent sound insulation from neighbors Cons: everything squeaks - doors, elevator door. they need to wd-40 everything. weird amenities (tiny concrete baby room? huge room for 2 playstations?) Advice to landlord: grease all the doors, elevators. some neighbors have dogs that go out of control during the day - they need to be warned. maybe turn some of the less useful amenities into useful ones.

Pros: Has a rooftop and a sauna The super is really good and super helpful Cons: Steam room is always broken Elevator is constantly broken and they never put up a sign so the delivery person know where to go Cheap and ugly finishes used during construction Lobby “art” looks like a 4-year old kid cut it for a school homework Gym equipment is old and broken. Gym walls have holes in it “Yoga” room is an empty room. Good job! Swimming pool decor is ugly and dirty and they just have it so they can rent it to kids and make money of it. There is no trash bin in the lobby Laundry machines don’t function properly No trash bins around the building Management is unresponsive and does not give a fuck Advice to landlord: spend money to make the common areas nicer. This building has potential but right now it looks like a shit hole. Be responsive to tenants cause I think we speak the same language.

Pros: Fine enough building, clean, newer. Cons: Tiny rooms, crazy expensive electrical bills, 'amenities' are not open/useful and expensive. Nothing is actually repaired or cared for, just lean on the fact that it's newer. Refused to give back security deposit and had to take to court, tried to charge one apartment for whole building's cleaning fee. Advice to landlord: You shouldn't own/manage property if you aren't willing to take care of it and be responsible tot your tenants.

Pros: Nice building although a bit outdated. Ok amenities. Good location Cons: Heat and cooling are powered by A/C in each room. It works well but the ConEd bills were always insanely high - calculate an extra $300/400. This was brought up many times to landlords by tenants to no avail.
