Great staff

Pros: The staff in the building are exceptional. Friendly and professional. The amenities are solid. Integrated building with many variable incomes which makes for a balanced building. Cons: Expensive, expensive, expensive. Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work.

Best 2 1/2 years!

Pros: First rate front desk staff! Management also responds immediately to any concern. The building is beautiful and I am proud to have visitors come in. Cons: Some neighbors are not as considerate of others as they should be, but that is anywhere you go in NYC! Nonetheless, any serious infractions are addressed right away. Advice to landlord: I don't really have any.

I am so happy living here. The staff is attentive and friendly without being stuffy. It was a lifesaver for me to be able to go to the roof during Covid and get some fresh air. I am content and at peace at the Pierrepont and am thankful that I am a resident.
