Pros: Literally everything in the apartment is amazing. In unit washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Huge windows and a lot of natural light. Cons: No elevator but it’s only 4 floors so it doesn’t need one. There is not anything I can think of that’s bad about this building

Pros: Responsive landlord The dryer is sick Cons: No outdoor space Advice to landlord: Keep doing what you are doing!
