Pros: Location Finishes in the kitchen & bathroom Great gym setup and it's never busy Nice staff, especially the doormen & women Responsive to items that need fixing Cons: Elevators: Constantly out of order and there are only 2 elevators for 20 floors! Sometimes both are not working. Building takes a while to find a part that needs to be fixed and then even longer for install. Outrageous for a luxury building. Oven / Microwave: Apartments have a combo oven/microwave which is tiny, so you are not able to use full sized pans or have the same level of control you would if there were 1 of each. Very bizarre choice Advice to landlord: Fully replace the elevators once and for all - rip off the band-aid and just do it.

Pros: Loved living here. Doormen are great. The units are beautiful and it doesn’t feel like your cookie cutter luxury building. Feels like they put more effort on the interior. Amenities are amazing. Cons: Only downside is location. Street noise is way too loud

Pros: Convenient neighborhood, clean communal space Cons: Very loud construction in front of the building but the management won’t do anything for the tenant. Also they raise the rent more than 15% from last year. Advice to landlord: Install, sound proof windows for all units

Pros: A few very nice doormen. Cons: Elevator constantly out, nonstop very loud construction, no rooftop (advertised as having one), roaches, endless issues!!! Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants better.
