Provide temporary sidewalk & bridging & fencing. Removal of 1 Window & provide a new Louver . Replace existing fire rated interior doors with hardware .provide an out door gas meter enclosure. provide a new fire rated wall by pool equipment room.

Remove and replace gas services with high pressure , new curb valve box , new secondary RPZ, New Hot water heater. Replace Hot ,Cold & gas piping New out door gas meter assembly and enclosure , as per plans filed herewith.
