I have lived here for a while and while it was not perfect we had heat during the winter months. Now that has changed and it would appear that providing heat is no longer important. Despite calls to the office about the problem even on the coldest days we have none or very little heat in the aparment. I have to be wearing winter jacket inside to keep warm becuse of how cold it is. This is unacceptable.

I got the apartment by leaving voice mail. Dian call me to show me the apartment and i like it. Dian is so nice, respectful and professional. If i have any problems in my apartment she always helps me to resolve the problem by calling the maintenance and she will call back to double check if the problem is resolved.

Overall the process was speedy & Efficient, they did the apt really quick it didn’t even look the same lol , there’s transportation & restaurants around the area & we have security in the complex , it’s very quiet so if your coming home from a long day of wrk you’ll definitely get that peace your looking for.

This is the worst apartment complex in the Bronx: management takes forever to respond to requests Smokers in all common areas Management just don’t care because it’s mainly minority people living in the complexes; stay away if you can; it’s the worse!!!

I just have a question....If this place is so bad, how come y'all there for so many years..? If you can live there why can't others...? I won't bother to come see it because of the reviews, but it all seems hypocritical to me...those people living there for more than 2 yrs under the conditions you mentioned a should not be trying to scare others off. Just saying...!

DO NOT MOVE IN EASTCHESTER HEIGHTS IT IS RUN BY A SLUM LORD. ALL THE BUILDINGS ARE INFESTED WITH RODENTS, WATER BUGS, AND OTHER CREATURES!! ALSO I DONT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU REALLY HATE THE PERSON!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. THEY GIVE YOU NO HEAT IN THE WINTER WHAT COULD BE THE WORSE??? THE RENT WILL GO UP BECAUSE THE LANDLORD IS GREEDY IF YOU DONT TAKE MY ADVISE YOU WILL BE SORRY> THE LAST LANDLORD WAS JUST AS BAD BUT HE GOT OUT AND SOLD IT TO A JACKASS. PEOPLE TAKE YOUR TIME AND FIND A DECENT PLACE TO LIVE!!!

I'm a new resident just of 7 months an were do I begin my cabinet fell apart only 2 months an it took 3 months to repair.. the hallways are hardly swept or mopped...I always sweep the area I live on the first floor.. The maintenance that comes to repair the property after business hours is always intoxicated that's right drunk out his mind... The receptionist at the front desk the young lady Never answers the phone an when she does she has an attitude probably..I believe they need to clean the management staff up... and replace maintenance staff with certified workers that actually want to work...I don't recommend this place an I'll be moving once my lease is over...

If I could date this place I would give it a zero went to management office hoping to see a clean fixed model apartment they don't have and the lady who shows this apartment which they did have is rude and the place she did show was dump the groups in the back poorly kept did not see any security but the front grounds is kept ok I would run not walk in this area. Keep on trucking the pic on this website does not match goodbye to this place!!!!!

If I could give this place a zero I would. The condition of the building are disgusting for the price they are charging. The smell is horrendous as maintenance men DO NOT clean the garbage chute. There are tons of roaches and insects because of the garbage. No one sweeps the stairs/hallways so they are always dirty. When you call to have something fixed no one shows up or if someone does come, its shoddy patch work. Its been over 2 months with NO GAS and they give you a hot plate to use in the time being which is very dangerous especially with my 2yr old son running around the apartment. My electric bill has doubled due to using their hot plate but of course they do not compensate me for that. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Don't be fooled by the pictures online. They must of took the pictures YEARS ago when it was first built. The only plus is the neighborhood is good. I've come in late and no problems. In the summer they give excellent heat. That is about all this place gives...heat. The management team are rude and unprofessional especially a worker named Nicole. I can't wait to move out.
