INSTALLATION OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCE FOR JHS 126K AT 424 LEONARD STREET, BROOKLYN AS INDICATED ON PLANS. THERE WILL BE NO CHANGE IN THE USE, EGRESS, OR OCCUPANCY UNDER THIS APPLICATION.

GC scope incl. roof replacement, exterior masonry & precast cladding repairs, interior cosmetic repairs. Earthwork scope incl. slab trenching & minor exterior excavation to accommodate plumbing repairs. Plumbing work filed under subsequent application.

Scope of work includes replacement of roof drains, replacement of sub-slab drainage pipes, and installation of backflow check valves.

Replacement of sub-grade sewer pipes and minor repairs to exterior walkways and ramp.

Patch & repair areas affected by the work. Replace any damaged VCT & wall base. Patch & repair in kind ceiling & walls affected by demolition & const. Firestop/plug all penetrations'. Remove exist. furniture & return to DOE. all equip. to be reinstalled.

Remove exist. sinks in croom 327 w/assoc. piping and supports. remove all gas piping above floor. Provide new Lav & Service Sink and assoc domestic and waste. Remove bunsen burner connect & all assoc gas piping & equip above floor. Remove exist tee in cel
