Pros: It’s a place to rest your head. Cons: The building is never clean. Repairs take forever. Police are always standing guard.

Pros: They finally cleaned the hallway Cons: The environment still needs work Advice to landlord: If you’re trying to clean the inside, clean the outside too.

Pros: It’s a roof over the head. Cons: The people are seriously filthy. They choose to live like animals and it’s really sad & pathetic. Advice to landlord: Drain the swamp. Get rid of these animalistic people & fix the place up to turn it co-op like they did with Rosedale Gardens.
