Pros: Near the subway Cons: Filthy, loud neighbors, unsafe Advice to landlord: Do a better job of cleaning this building and maintaining order at this property.

Pros: Empty entrance no one bothers you Cons: Cons would be the people living here. Advice to landlord: Listen to the tenants

Pros: Heat is strong, hot water is great. Cons: The heat is strong for the wrong times. They turn it on when there’s no cold and nice out. Bug rats nasty floor. Bums sleeping on stairways both exit strait way and emergency stairs. Building is older maybe then ur great grandparents. Elevator brake down when it wants takes 2 days to fix. So if live on the 16 floor good luck

Pros: Peaceful, with a good community Cons: Messy and dirty, roaches and rats in hallways Advice to landlord: Be more strict when it comes to keeping the building clean.
