A Park District Field House Is Home To A Rare Art Collection — Could Poor Climate Control Destroy It?

The John H. Vanderpoel Art Museum in Ridge Park in Beverly desperately needs a new HVAC system to protect its century-old fine art collection, the collection's owners say. But the Park District says the system works fine and is in no need of repair.
