“The best thing I could have done was moved from there. They had bedbugs roaches and rats. The Ac unit leaked all the time through the walls til mildew grew in the carpets and walls. They staff in the office was horrible. They would keep the door locked during business hours. Never had hot water. Please don't move over there. Those apartments needs to be shut down. They threw a coat of paint on the outside to make them look good but it will only make u frustrated if u move there. Whoever was doing the book keeping didn't know what they was doing. My money was always going to another unit then they put notice on your door like u having paid. The roaches was ridiculously out of order. I think the rats brought the bed bugs. We caught over 5 rats. I had to throw all my new furniture away when I moved. Plz read this and do your homework. Don't waste your time. Why u think everyone that wants to move there gets approved. The security guard rides around smoking weed with some of the tenants. A friend of mines got killed over there 2 months after I moved. Plz move somewhere else”

“I am loving the apartment community especially Kiana and the office staffs. They are really trying to make things works. And if only the maintainers can work during the weekends,mailbox safety can be improved all will be fine”

“Great location very close to hwy and management work hard to keep the residents happy. These are awesome apartments, awesome staff, and these are a true hidden gem in Houston. l would recommend these apartments to anyone! The staffers always strive to fulfill maintenance requests in a timely manner.”

“I moved in a week ago. Office people are very unprofessional. When you call they don't even say hello half the time like they are trying to avoid a certain call. I'm still waiting on the "New" stove they said would be installed before I moved in. I can't even cook. Water also does not get hot I have asked several times for maintenance to come check it out but nobody ever comes.”

“I would give this complex 0 if I had the option. I moved there at the end of October from PA. Once we moved in every month they were putting Eviction notices on our door. I would have to go to the office and show them my money orders they would find that my money was put on another account. Then a week later they would state I had a balance of $49 plus late fees. Again I would go in and advise my lease was for $600 a month and in there system it was set up for $649 and they couldn't change it. So every month twice a month I had to go and remind them to move my money and remove the $49. I then got transfered back to PA so I gave my notice. Went into the office with a letter stating after reletting fee was paid, my account balance would be zero. They signed and I paid the fee. Moved to PA and received a collection notice stating I did not pay rent, reletting, gas, water and trash. I call to remind them they always put my money on the wrong apartment #. And they tell me it's in collections they can't help me. I have all documentation as far as receipts and Eviction notices. I am in process of suing for harassment, attorney fees and travel cost to resolve this issue. Worst and most unorganized apartment complex I have lived in. They are also not willing to own up to and fix their mistakes. I also had many other issues like no hot water every other week without notice. Broken freezer no one fixed. AC wouldn't work properly. Neighbors kids would sit on my car all the time. Please do your homework and read the ratings on this place. They are all true. There”

“Horrible service. Ive been here for 6 years and now Im finally moving. Termites, 27 mice in one month, promises to fix this and that but when it comes to their contractors coming to fix their wears and tears of their apartments they rather wait until you decide to move out. My A/C dont work and they dont care anything that will cost them to buy they are not fixing. I need new cabinets this been over 2 years and all I get is promises. The termites eat up the cabinets. I had to sent my kids to live with their grandmother. I need new rug but its been years that i havent received one the rug was damaged due to a pipe bust under the concrete and tiles had to be put down to seal the cracks. They didnt accommodate me for another apartment. My son got sick because of the mildew of the rug. My ceiling is cracked and their is a hole on my roof top. Mice and raccoons have gotten into the vents and scratching and eaten up the wires but property managers dont care. Roaches coming frim everywhere in the stoves and I cant store food in the cabinets. I keep my home clean and I spray to keep the roaches away but the spray now has cause my organs to collect toxic and now Im sick. The water has white coated toxic comming out so I have to wash and clean my dishes with bottled water Im living in Africa now but Im an American. Im writting to Donald Trump to buy this property and make America great again. This is insane. Whoever lived in this apartment before left a bunch of active spirits or someone died here. I asked a priest to go upstairs to pray over the house and he did but got pushed down the stairs as the picture frames came flying down to hit him. I cant have guest anymore because they hear noises in my home and they was pushed down the ststairs. No one now comes to visit me not even my church friends. My friends tells me to move but take nothing with you. My lights go off and on and the heat shuts off without me turning it off. Its so cold in the house but now im just use to it and its time to go. My husband came to visit me after we got married and he said im sorry i cant live here its possesed you have to leave this place.”

“My second day as a resident AC doesn't work. I made the complaint the day I moved in. Still no help. I took pictures of all the damaged property Roach's they didn't even exterminate before I moved in. Blind broken. No one answer's when you call. Where do I report this. Seems they answer to no one”

“I currently live here now and frustrated with my apartment everyday. To start, the staff is constantly changing. The longest I've seen one employee stay is five months. The apartment I moved had damaged to the wall and the floors and I didn't realize this until it first started raining. I have written letter to the managers and they state that it will get fixed but it has been months since that has happened. Another thing is when you call the office the phone rings and rings and no one picks up. When you finally get in touch with someone and you need a request they forget to come by or they send someone who doesn't know how to fix the problem. My AC just runs and doesn't get cold so I can imagine what summer is going to be like in this ridiculous apartment. I highly recommend to anyone who looks to possibly renting in these apartments that you find something else quickly. However, if you like living in a mold infested, problem ignoring, unprofessional, inconsistent, unskilled maintenance team, and overall horrible apartment complex, then this is home for you.”

“This place is horrible, deserves negative stars, the police are always here for incidents, theres shootings. They fix nothing, theirs mold and roaches. No one is ever in the office to talk to they leave the doors locked even if they are. The laundry rooms are broke and not usable. The ponds are unsafe bug and bacteria infested. You'll pay 75 of more a month then orginally told once they add on water gas and other fees. Ive never regretted moving in anywhere till i moved here. Its not safe at all. And there is no hot water at the beginning of every month for 3days to 2 weeks.”

“Where to start, I moved here 09/14 and it was decent. No bug issues, maintenance response was decent and the leasing staff was alright and understanding. But once 2015 hit, the management begun to shift and a entirely new staff slowly but surely took over the office. Since than, my ENTIRE experience here been HORRIBLE. For a couple months there was NO maintenance people, the leasing office do not keep accurate documentation on maintenance request and payments, "updates" of the grounds occurred on and off while you couldn't even get maintenance to fix things in your apartment, the leasing office would go into your apartment without your consent due to false information, the parking is horrible and your tires will not last, no bug prevention and the list can go on and on. I received 3 eviction notices one for not paying $15 and two for not paying $25 when any incurred fees are not listed on your invoice YET they would give you a eviction notice in a quick and hurry. I received eviction notices due to them having the incorrect rent amount for my apartment. I cannot wait until I move next month. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If I can give it negative stars I would and you are better off living on the streets than living here.”

“The new management is HORRIBLE, I've lived here for 4yrs and never experienced such level of unprofessionalism from this new management. They will not answer calls and if you go to the office to complain about an issue, they will dismiss you and treat you like thrash, they will literally walk out on you of the office. If you love your sanity please Run from this apartment,they will frustrate you. I miss the old management.”

“I've been living here less than a month, the ac doesn't work up stairs, i have a leak in the kitchen sink also a major leak in my bedroom closet which went all inside the close dining room and hallway they came in and just ripped the insulation out that's it please don't move in here!!!!!!!!!!! The office staff doesn't answer the phone or take work orders they shouldn't even be open these apartments need to be closed . There's pot holes all over the property poor lighting not enough spaces to park if you get home after 7 like myself some people do work for a living. Also, if you come home after 7 you will most likely get robbed, like myself, the security guard doesnt exist. I dont know why yall say it's a gated community, when the gate stays open 24/7. Opon move in i agreed to shampoo the carpet myself but i did and none of the stains came off!!!!!! Visiting you would think " What a nice shade of green for a carpet" trust me, it's not. It's suppose to be a light tan color, the green is just mold accumulated from the leaking sinks.”

“Resident Horrible and dont recomend this apt. I have been living in this apt. For about 2 weeks and so far it has been horrible the lady at the front office just pretends to listen to you n specialy if youre screaming at her she dont even look mad but once u atep outside the door she starts saying that she aint guna fix nothing and that she aint guna tell maintainance shes a gives u one look one youre applaying and once ur here she gives u another face... my ac sgoped working since this morning snd still no one has come around to have a look at it i have two little kids with me and their craying cuz its really hot in here and the meter says its 90°F. People at the office just look at eachother and say i dont know to watever complain u have... the day my apt. Was soppose to be ready the carpet was really mesed up with lots of blak stains so i gave them another day i had to be in the office every 30 min. To get that carpet shampood but still the stains didnt even kame out. I moved in on a sat. And they wanted to change the carpet on till tuesday.this apartments would be ok if only the staff of the front office would care about us. The only thing they care is about renting the apartments they dont care how they give it to u”

“I pay nearly $900 for a 2 bedroom and have no pool on the property because they closed it. I have lived in these apartments for 6 months now. I have no AC IN AUGUST. A leaky sink upstairs. My dog developed fleas by us living here. Roaches are out of control. Drug deals in my front yard around kids. Break-ins to 2 of my friends cars that were parked on the street. We found them while I cop drove by. No laundry facility like they claim because it was damaged. I have to talk to someone in the office every day for 2 weeks before anything gets fixed. Oh and calling the emergency line....you might as well get a hotel for the night.”

“HORRIBLE!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I moved here on one side of the apartments and it had nice REALLY BAD.. So they moved me to the other side and told me there was no mice.. I am putting more traps out tonight due to me seeing a 7th mouse! In my other apartment I caught 10.. I have a hole in my front door.. There NEVER any hot water, the water pressure is so low in my kitchen it makes no sense.. I've call for them to come out and fix these things and I have yet to see someone come fix it.. On top of all that the roaches are uncontrollable! I cannot wait for my lease to be up because of this! If nothing is done soon it looks like I'm going to have to go to the main office and file a complaint..”

“Out of the apartments I've lived in this has to be the worst one. Theyes don't clean up the apartment complex the sidewalks are full of leaves. The ponds don't work. The office has no idea what goes on through the complex they don't fix anything. I will never suggest anybody to move in here”

“Everything about this apartment sucks . This not a place u would wanna live . They can't respond to any emergency or come for repair called in . It's almost two months now and they ve or would not come to our rescue . The apartment is broken for one thing or the other . Last time sewage was broken and ---- was everywhere in front of our apartment and non come by till like two to three weeks and ---- was stinking and got everybody sick including my baby . I am about to break out lease terms if the appt did not respond in mere time”

“After 6 months fighting bed bus, spending my rent money to pay for a hotel room while apartment was being heat treated, I am being evicted. There are gun shots fired off at 2 and 3am. My child came home with 2 spent shotgun shells. The ponds are slimy green, and full of trash. Not a single gate works. Parking lot looks like an earthquake hit it. Water main breaks all the time. Remember, it is now winter.”

“Hated it is an understatement!!! These ppl are crooks that only want your money! Stay as far away as possible. Lenicia was the ONLY person on that team who was helpful. The rest are ignorant! Including paul, whom I didn't know existed until it was time to move out. They overcharge!! If u call with any problems they talk with ------ attitude like it the tenant's fault! Service request don't get answered and maintenance just walks around the property! Stay away. I guess its true when ppl get a little authority they take it overboard! Just kno there is a GOD!!!”

“I just wonder what people are going to like about this Apartment. ------! ------! ------! 1. If you like areas infested with roaches and rats: This apartment is for you! 2. If you like ------ life without security: Consider moving in here. 3. Stray dogs and cats everywhere 4. Scary looking people smoking weed in the open and I suspect they sell drugs too. 5. Too many times no water in the apartment: Hot/Cold. Terrible! 6. Laundry room is a mess. Always with broken windows. Dirty water in back pool close to the laundry area. The city need to know about this, because it's very dangerous to the residence, especially kids. Parking is horrible. They marked few paring areas as private parking, only to collect extra money from their residence. Most of the time, the residence don't have parking at all. They are quick to collect userous fees, but failed to provide adequate parking to residence unless you paid extra for parking which is not even a covered parking. I consider that disguised extortion. This apartment have the worst staff from upper to down level: Nothing good to write home about them. They don't consider you a residence. They see you as a money making pig for them. To them, they just need your money. Every other other thing don't matter to them. This is one nasty apartment you can think of moving in. Do you need a place you can call home? A residence you and your family can enjoy? A place to raise family? A place you can live or transit from? DON'T MAKE ANY MISTAKE OF MOVING HERE. THIS IS A RUN DOWN APARTMENT. I have no reason to write a review if it's not true. If you doubt, visit the complex and talk to some residents here. This place is a nightmare! Stay away.”

“Horrible Horrible Horrible place to live. where do I began Worse 12 months of my life. Maintenance is SLOW No hot water, parking is horrible, noises all night, cars getting broken into, no heat or a.c. upstairs in my townhouse, i can hear my neighbors every move and conversation trash gets stacked until it's overflowing all over the parking lot. Overpriced, roaches roaches roaches, Office workers have bad attitudes, Ugh seriously the worse place ever. I wish i could give them 0 stars they don't deserve that one star. Do yourself a favor and Stay away! !!”

“Woodbridge I always thought management was good until today Lived there nearly one year pay rent on time and always been nice to people in office I pay extra for assigned parking. I have two cars one parked in assigned and other in tenant parking along fence not driven daily but register in office and moved regularly. This is a well maintained car but registration has expired. No notice to me or car but was towed last night. I believe this is very inconsiderate of management to a tenant.”

“These apartments are very nasty. My cousins just moved in roaches everywhere,laundry room got busted windows and doors,two out of the six dryers work,people hanging clothes on the patio,torn up blinds and not to mention the green --- pond water. Wth!!!!! The city need to close that shut down asap!!!! They straight up look like the projects. Hold up one lock on the door no deadbolt. Bring your gun. Word of warning****!”

“I recently signed a 12 month lease here at Woodbridge Crossing and I have to say for what I am paying I am impressed. The new Manager is a gentleman by the name Paul, he's absolutely wonderful. Lanesha and Tiara have been outstanding, I just signed my name and they did all the work resulting in a flawless move. The complex is a little old, and you may see some questionable tenants here, but if you employ a little common sense you will do just fine. Cons Cockroaches This is a minor issue, I am generally a clean person, but I still see one or two here and there. From what my neighbors tell me the problem is bad if you live on the bottom floors. I am living on the 3rd floor, but am not really bothered by a few bugs. Ponds The grounds has a few ponds with fish and turtles living in them, but they are often littered with plastic bottles, and the ponds that do not have natural algae are not as pretty as they could be. Brownish water, yuck. Thin walls Just don't get too romantic, you'll be fine. Raccoons! I left my trash out last week and found it strewn across my front door the next morning! hahaha Pros: Maintenance Is very prompt: I had an issue with my A/C my second week living here, and the crew responded within the hour. Problem solved. Affordability I am paying $475 for a 1 bedroom, but I just love the unique layout of the apartment. It feels so much bigger that it is! Also, all the apartments come with washer and dryer connections. Even the small floor plans like mine. Location Yes, this is Alief...but the area is relatively quiet, its near a brand new neighborhood, a few empty fields nearby, not bad. Security I am impressed by the night time security officers, very helpful and attentive. Also good lighting on these grounds. Overall I give this place a good rating, but I am warning you, you get what you pay for so don't expect high class surroundings. The complex has been making a lot of improvements presumably since the new manager took over, and is making efforts to evict tenants that are not keeping up with their debts. Towing is enforced here which is a plus in my book. The pool is always clean, the grounds are improving and the management is 10/10 competent and helpful. I will be posting throughout my stay here at Woodbridge and am hoping for the best!”
