“I’ve been living in property for over a year now. I am very comfortable here they have a guard house and a security that walks the property at night which give peace of mind. They also have a dog park for anyone that has a pet. I love the experience here so far. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful.”

“Eh vivido en esto apartamentos desde el 1991 y puedo decir que an echo bastante trabajo en la propiedad empezando por mantener limpio toda el complejo . Aquí crecieron mis hijos y ahora mis nietos cuando me vienen a visitar pueden estar afuera jugando sin ningún problema . La caseta en la entrada están siempre atentos a ver quien entra en la propiedad que eso me tranquiliza ami personalmente gracias a los de mantenimiento tbien they are excelente in doing there job right i hace about living here and i Will continúe.”

“Como todos los apartamentos tienen sus cosas buenas y malas, lo que me gusta de vivir aqui es que hay seguridad y la ubicación es muy buena ya que hay muchas tiendas y supermercados serca, algunos apartamentos necesitan algunas mejoras, pero lo demas esta muy bien”

“I love the community and the people around.. Never any parking, noise or insect issues.. There is 24 hour security, so I never have to worry about my property, and the office staff is very friendly...”

“Like any apartment complex there are pros and cons to living here. I love that we have a one way in one way out, there is always someone in the gate to ensure that there aren't any unwanted visitors. The maintenance team always get things done in a timely manner and are always working on the appearance of the complex. The cons about this complex is that visitors have to ask for pass to stay the night, and some residents don't pick up after themselves or their dogs. Overall this has not been the best complex I have stayed at but the staff has always taken the initiative to fix any issues that I've had in the 2 apts I have stayed in.”

“I'm very happy being a resident here in Westview forest apartments.i am in a remodeled apartment. My apt has hardwood floors,stainless stove,dishwasher and a refrigerator are gorgeous as te ceiling fans. The walk in closets are big and have plenty room.Maintenance requests are taken care of as soon as we call the office almost always the same day. Guardhouse is 24/7 I'm always feeling safe knowing we have security on duty. The dog park is fantastic! The complex is welcoming to all dog sizes and breeds,The park itself is fairly new, it has a nice double gate and the area inside is very large. The ground is covered in wood chips which make cleaning up after your dog easy.It has a thoughtful little self filling water bowl and a paved dog wash area.”

“I just moved in a couple weeks ago and I love this place it's such a family forward community the apartments are very safe with a guard house 24/7 there's always someone there security around the clock the security guards are the people that are the residents that have families so they're always always protecting us the apartment inside is great I have like a gourmet kitchen I've never had that before granite countertops stainless steel appliances it's like awesome here I recommend anybody who is looking for an apartment safety for their kids for themselves for their vehicles for their property to come here”

“I just moved to westview forest. It feels like home. The community is big but its s small town feel. My apt has stainless Steel appliances real granite countertops. They have a gaurdhouse noone gets in unless you live here. The People here are great neighboors . I reccomend Westview forest”

“I never write reviews , but i felt inclined to do one for my apts . I have lived here for 8 months . I come home late from my job 330 in the morning There is always somone there to greet me. The pools just opened . There is 2 they remodeled both. . Everyone is enjoying them. We are very happy here . The apts are nice . The staff and my neighboors are great thank you westview forest I love living here”

“I moved in about 6 months ago I love the staff they listen to you and fix any problems you have plus they have two pools the property grounds are kept up daily like three times a day very pet friendly they're building a dog park and the best thing about this place is to have a guard house there is always someone there to greet you no matter what time you come home 24/7 holiday s too . Very very secure property the community is really friendly everybody is so nice here”

“I been living here for 4 years now, and I love this place. Our new management team is awesome!! And maintenance is great too. Always willing to help when something is wrong. My experience with the previous managment wasn't good. Always rude. Now is different, a lot of things r changing for the best ??”

“I have lived here for 6 years and had a great experience. The front office is very friendly and caring with any questions or issues. The maintenance staff has always done a great job in a very reasonable amount of time. I have always had quiet, respectful, friendly neighbors as well. The rooms are very spacious and open and roomy. Highly recommend!”

“I moved in about a month ago. It's really quiet here. There is always someone in the guard house to greet you no matter what time it is . I really love my apartment is extremely spacious and it has huge walk-in closets . They don't charge an application fee or an administration fee here. Which I thought was so different from everywhere I had been and they take big dogs it's a totally friendly pet Community I love it here I totally recommend moving to Westview forest.”

“I’ve been living at westview forest for about 6 months and I really like it, the people are nice, neighbors are quiet and respectful and the office staff is always so nice and friendly. (Also they have 2 pools which is a plus )”

“This apartment complex is nice and clean, apartments are spacious and the girls from the office are always so nice and attentive. We also have two pools that get cleaned every week, but the best thing is the gate with security 24/7”

“I m so glad I’m moving to westview forest My car has been broken into where I used to live. Here we have guardhouse and will feel more protected. The office staff are very helpful and they take there time to explain everything and answer any questions you might have .”

“Checkout Westview Forest if you like being close to everything! I moved in a couple of months ago. I was looking for something near my job. I work at the HEB distribution center here in Houston. Westview Forest has studio apartments--I looked everywhere and could not find any studios like these anywhere. Sure, there are studios elsewhere , but these ones at Westview Forest are beautiful, but also extremely affordable. My studio has granite countertops, built-in microwave, big fridge, a beautiful walk  in closet! Yes a walk in closet in a studio apt.  I have to say though the best thing about this place is the Guardhouse. They have one way in and one way out, there is a guard there 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. I watched them as the laid each stone one by one. They take pride in what they are doing and the place I live in. I m glad I came here, and I recommend it to anyone.”
