“The move in process was straightforward and easy. I was provided with information that was needed to help me understand how everything works. It's been quiet since I've moved in. I haven't come across any issues. The area is convenient to many places. I'm glad to have made the decision to move here. Thanks to Maria for great customer service.”

“I like living here but every time I enter my apartment in the afternoon when I come home, there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke as soon as I enter. I don't smoke and I am not sure why do I have this smell everytime.”

“Overall, this is a great property. The staff is friendly and responsive, and work orders are completed quickly, which I really appreciate. However, there's an ongoing issue with cat poop in the parking areas?it's there frequently, and there seem to be too many cats roaming the property. It's starting to affect cleanliness, and I hope management can address this soon. Otherwise, I've had a good experience here.”

My favorite thing about this complex is how quick maintenance takes care of any issues and how I can trust my packages in my front door without the fear of someone taking them. The neighbors are respectful of one another.”

“Nice community overall. Relatively safe, although a neighbor got their bike stolen from right in front of their front door and strangers come inside somehow, even though they should not have access. The towing company that they are partnered with for parking is predatory and the apartment encourages them to tow residents' cars as much as possible, which is not fair to the residents who need to travel for work. Pool is very nice, however the hot tub is usually dirty. Lots of families and friendly neighbors.”

But unfortunately the loud music, tons of smoking outside my apartment (with cigarettes butts being trown here and there) by my neighbors and their visitors, the non-stop congregating all the time by neighbors make me feel uneasy and angry every time I come home. I don't feel happy and I definitely don't enjoy this property no more.”
