“First thing is first! I lived here for 4 years almost 5 with no issues in Apt#617 and requested to move down stairs Apt#527. A new office lady start to work in the office her name is ELIZABETH!! After i moved down stairs after 2 years of living upstairs i started to have issues. False complaints coming directly from Elizabeth because she be in the apartment complex after work drinking and being with different guy neighbors and started to do false complaints on me to miss wilma!! I always contact Wilma directly to resolve such issues!! So those issues were resolved! One of the main issue is that i requested to switch apartments as soon as i moved to apt#527 due to the fact that ----/Poop comes out the bathtub and toliet!! Yes BATHTUB!!!!!! I have several pictures of different occasions!!! And it flooded my whole apartment of ---- water! I requested to be moved and they never moved me apartments!!!!!!! Now comes a month ago were i threw a babys party for my niece who just turned 2 years old around 5pm-10pm No Later!!! Things got out of hand and an altercation happend between my Sister and her husband and My brother and his girlfriend during the party the got into a physical fight (the 2 females)! Keep in mind this happed on September 12, 2020 (I told them to leave bcuz i wanted no issues in the complex cuz i never have issues)! The next day Ms. Wilma called me on September 14, 2020 and asked about the issue and i explained to her and the issue was talked out!! TODAY October 19, 2020 I was at work and recived a call about some graffiti that someone else did and said the office thinks it my brother did it but He was with his girlfriend for the whole week...so i got out early to go resolve the issue and they changed the subject back to the altercation that happened last month! I told wilma that we discussed that already and she said im getting other complaints and i asked about what? (NO RESPONSE) So i told her that i have complaints on people too but i mind my buisness and she ask why dont i report them and i told her im always at work!! and ELIZABETH jumps in and says "Thats why you dont even know whats going on in your own apartment" (with an attitude)and i told her yes i do i have cameras inside!!! That i can show them and i told her well you are the one that dosent mind your business sleeping with all the neighbors and drinking with them! (We got into an argument) She told Ms. Wilma to just give me and Eviction notice!!! (An hour later i get an eviction nottice from wilma and ELIZABETH about the altercation that happend on September 12, 2020 Today October 19, 2020! To cover up the argument me and Elizabeth just had and requested me to be kicked out)”

— 5565 Gasmer Dr · Houston“I just moved from there...thank GOD! Rachel is a sweetheart, Wilma on the other hand is something else. One minute she;s nice, the next she's mean! No ppl skills, interpersonal skills nor business ethics! My carpet was dirty and destroyed upon move in, i only took the apt because i was told that they were coming the next week to pull the carpet up and lay down tile...that never came, and I also noticed when I did the walk through, the things I pointed out didn't get wrote down on that sheet, it stayed in Rachel hand the whole time... but that's okay, I took the liberty to write down what was wrong and needed fixing myself. I know a lot about apts, my step father was a damn good maintenance worker, really he was the supervisor of the crew, and he taught me a lot about repairs, so the small stuff I had fixed myself. Somebody left a dirty fake rose in the kitchen and the lady told me that was a welcome gift...now she MUST've been high that day! The --------- there feels as if it's THEIR property, they are the ones drinking, fighting in the parking lots, playing loud music, popping firecrackers when it's not even close to holiday times, kids running wild and unsupervised, trash all by their areas -yet they NEVER get citations, write-ups nor evicted! But here we have ------ who drink in cups on the porch, laugh about this and that, talk about world issues without even getting loud, yet they get write-ups for having ppl -who ARE OTHER RESIDENTS on their porches. Heck EVERYBODY hangs out on their porch! FREE CABLE?? MY BUTT!! It's mostly Spanish channels and nothing good, then certain channels lock out when special seasons come on to try to get you to purchase the satellite system. No Xfinity, just satellite like ppl can really afford to let go of $200-400 all at one time over there! Dumpsters are too full and trash EVERYWHERE! The office files for eviction on you on the 5th! Just so they can charge you an extra $100-ish to collect for themselves. Sewer STAYS backed up, and I used to get SO mad because the maintenance crew come late at night to use the snake in the drains but knocks on mY door to use my electrical outlet for their noisy machine - then get mad when I refuse! There are TWO empty apts they could have used -it's ALL BILLS PAID, so the light's ARE on! Why interrupt me all the time and have me to touch some nasty looking cord that's around sewage and other ish? I don't want to die from some nasty bacteria infection from touching that mess! The air STAYS going off! It's so hot, too damn humid and the smell of mildew and spoiled nasty water smelled funky. My son has asthma, I showed the maintenance man his breathing apparatus and still no offer of a fan, a night's stay in any of the empty units under me or next to me on each side...just sorry and uncaring! I gave my 30 days notice, but ended up staying 5 days over, instead of taking the prorate Wilma demanded the full month -wth?!! It's a month-to-month property, there ARE NO leases! So ended up staying the full month just to get my money's worth! I remember when I first got there, the so-called free cable was not hooked up, they did it two weeks later, smh. Then the picture wasn't clear, I tried to offer the maintenance man some new cable cords I already had to use for a better picture quality and he got mad because it was a language barrier because I don't speak Spanish. Wilma gave me a write-up saying I was interfering with the maintenance work -UM EXCUSE ME -but when do maintenance HOOK UP CABLE?!! The air was broken for two weeks and I had to go buy fans and things so we could stay kool, I had to get hotel rooms on some nights just to avoid a trip to the hospital for my asthmatic son. I became weak, dehydrated and ill where I couldn't hold food or liquids on my stomach. I had planned on giving them this money order I have for my payment, it's still blank, why? Well when my hospital bill comes in I will subtract whatever is needed for that bill and give them the rest if any, and it I am short on that bill, they will get sued for negligence. I didnt even have the strength to properly clean my apt like i wanted to because the heat was too much, even with all windows open! ANd the roach fest behind the refrigerator,it was sickening. I kept wondering what that tart funky smell was when I went into the kitchen! The ONLY reason ppl move out here, is because it's ALL BILLS PAID, and they may be at the point in their lives where they could use a break. But down the street, (Chimney Rock), are also ABP apts with PoolSSSSS a fitness canter, ect and it's $30 cheaper across the board! DO NOT MOVE HERE IT"S NOTHING BUT BORESDOM, BAD PPL, BAD MANAGEMENT, AND EVERYTHING THAT'S BROKEN WON'T GET FIXED! If you think this is exaggerated, it's NOT, check the facts with the City of Houston, they STAY out there to enforce them to fix things out there. ****~~DO***NOT***MOVE***OUT***HERE~~***”
“I would not reccommend these apartments to my worst enemy. At least 2 or 3 times per month there is a plumming issue, you can actually see used toilet tissue on the sidewalk, where the lines have overflowed. The mgt are so two faced the asst. Racheal will tell you one thing when the mgr. Wilma aint around then change her story later. They come into your apt without notice, whenever they feel like it. No matter how clean you keep your apt you will have roaches and all other kinds of bugs. These apts are the biggest dump ever, they will show you a much nicer apt than you will rent, and after you move in you find that everything that looked so nice and new when you walked thru really is just painted to look good that paint ect will peel off soon.”

She doesn't listen very well to a tenant. , i have gone into her office to speak with her on a very serious manner, as i was talkin with her she was on her cell phone (that was ruide)i once asked her for a shower head she stated they don't don't supply those you have to supply your own, moved in without a front burtner, 2 months later i got a burner and it was rusty. ,the refridgeraratorthat i have. ..rusty & dented,had a bad smell in the apt. i pulled out stove & refridgerator... filty behind, when to speak to mgr she stated they clean the apt prior to another tenant movin, how so i had been here only 2 mos,maintance person came to clean the mess. If mgment doesn't take care ofsmall issues they can become BIG ISSUES!!! & thats where we are now, (as far as I'm concerned! !!!! )”

Took radio amp..alarm tha her didn't get hooked up yet he had jus bought it..his tv screens also. Parking suck make sure u come home early to get a parking spot. If not u will have to park in the back and that's very in safe at night. But it's somewhere to leave all bills paid and you control your own air.also my cousin car got towed at like four in the morning.Also if your neighbors are nasty you will have roaches I tried everything nd they kept coming. It's slot of drugs selling and crack smoker on those apartments.”
