— 7930 Corporate Dr · Houston“This place sucks management is poor has very bad attitude and goes about screwing the tenants over as much as possible they advertise certain commodities That they do not actually have, bad wiring 90% of the outlets don't work and my particular apt had no phone line they are supposely making improvements but they hike up the rent to and outrageous amount accounting the area and te improvements aren't much to do with te actual apt but more to do with how it looks throwin paint on a piece of poop might give it a different color but its still poop..... overall the owners when contacted don't do anything but string you along and never answer back this place sucks ... Only reason I've stuck it out is because its located near my job and as I don't have transportation moving would be a bigger hassle than to stay to myself and not have much contact with management but even so I've notice they screw with me more than normal lately”

The area is not the most safe one in town, but if you do not mess with anyone they wount mess with you. The office staff are very polite and friendly.”

Things weren't as bad as they were back in 2003 to 2005, but I knew things were heading for the worst. I made a decision to leave the apartment. Crime rate is very high, and when you call the police, they do not show up.”

— 7930 Corporate Dr · Houston“this place is horrible, this is the second month i been living in woodcreek bayou apt, since the first day of the month, refrigirator was borke down, no cold air comes out, then underground pipe broke, my entire room flooded. after all these, hot water was out for three days. few days ago, my computer was stolen. we all know that wasn't a simple break-in. coz people who stole my computer has the key to my room, and only went straight to my computer, didn't not take anything around. there has been so many maintaince people came in my apartment this month, so they are the most suspecious,,,, there is nothing i can do, only thing is telling you and your families friend, DO NOT move in to this apartment. NEVER, no matter how cheap the rent they offer you.”

The walls are made of spit and paper and can hear your neighbors. There was a crack dealer living right across from me and someone shattered the rear window on my car. All of the complexes on Coporate need to be shut down. It's a bad area.”

They swimming pool is always dirty. And it's always out of order. Everyday someone is breaking into someone house and when problems arise they office personnel act really dumb-founded when getting the situation solved. I really don't have a choice but when FEMA give me my money I'm running up outta this dump. FEMA should of been ashame to put us in this hole in the wall. Nothing works, and there is always plenty of excuses. Even if you try to keep to yourself there is always something wrong: Car getting stolen, Someone being murdered next door{Really}, Your children being beaten up by gang-bangers, not to mention rape. So think twice when coming here, Yeah there is a watchman, but he don't do nothing but just watch. Yes, the police may be at the corner{Gas station}, but they are plotting on who they are gonna plant drugs on, Oh Yes, the Fire station is down the street, but EVERYNIGHT it's always running.”

There is a firestation down the street, and you are on their express lane, so light sleepers, GOOD LUCK. My neighbors were not very noise considerate. The gate security is a hassle and a joke, as the locks are often broken/in disrepair. Pay VERY careful attention when you inspect your apt, anything you don´t report when you move in, they WILL bill you for when you move out. Also make sure you turn in your keys to a live person if and when you do move out, my gate card magically disappeared. <br> <br>If your foreign, they will charge you 6 months rent up front, so be prepared. <br> <br>Don´t expect to be using the pool, looks nice, but kept pretty poorly. Kids run amonk all day.”
