“These apartments are ------, the staff is rude, the maintenance team is loud, the pool is noisy the parking lots are NOISY! there are 5-6 tenants living in a single one bedroom apartment. This place is horrible.”

“I've been living in these apartments for 3-4 years now and here's the list of problems that the leasing office management have not Addressed. Laundry Rooms - 1 of 3 laundry rooms that I go to has 4 washers and 4 dryers. Out of the 4 washers only 2 works (over the past 3-4years I most likely have lost over $20.00 that was never refunded by the Mac grey company where I report it). Out of the 4 dryers only 2 dries clothes. Their website and advertising sites say they have a pool as an amenity, but now (2015) they say that the city of Houston has closed it and the apartment complex need to renovate it, meaning it's not usable! Their complaint center is a call center that calls the leasing office about the complaint. Where I've already addressed it to the leasing office. So our issue is never addressed. Leasing office agents are rude and disrespectful. Where do you hear a leasing agent say "if you're not happy with the place, why not leave?" And "there is nothing we can do to help you" who wants to hear that. I've asked to speak to a supervisor many times and til today I have not talked to one. I've sent them 2 letters now and still waiting for a reply.”

“My son and I have been a resident here for the past year and some months now. The office and maintenance staff are always concerned and prompt whenever I need assistance or have any questions or concerns. My neighbors are friendly and I haven't witnessed or heard of any problems outside of my apartment (like fights, violence and such). You will see the kids playing, weekend gathering, or birthday celebrations :)! These apartments are in a good location too, considering the variety of value grocery stores (Foodtown, Fiesta, JoeVs, neighborhood Walmart)with Meyerland, Reliant Stadium and the Galleria are like 10 -15 min away each. “Im still currently living here it s my last month. Thank god!!! I have been living here for the past year. First the apartments are very old. They recently had been remodeled but it a total disaster. I have put several complains to their staff in regards of my a/c but nothing was done about it. It got to a point where I had to sleep two nights in the heat with my two year old son. Their staff is very unprofessional and has poor customer service. I would like to add my friend has recently moved out (broke her lease) there was one occasion her kids and her were on their way to school in the parking lot she was rob at gun point in front of her children. Unfortunately the staff does not care about their tenants didn t pass any flyer informing us or letting us know to beware of the situation. The apartment complex is always dirty. The gate to exit is always out of order any one has access in and out the property. Children always running all over the parking lot, its horrible! Oh btw let me not forget the drug dealer always walking the property. I would not recommend anyone to live here its bat infested, dangerous, dirty, and the staff is completely rude. I hate this place!!!!!!!!! Betty”

“I've lived here for a year and a half now,please and I stress don't waste ur money on these crappy apts.Roaches everywhere Bats too.The old pipes bang and creek all day n night,extremely low hot water pressure.Cheap interior work,the security gates are always open.Any little rain floods the apts out.Everytime I step out my front door I smell weed,and cops live on the corner breaking up drug traffic.My lease is up soon and I'm outta here!!!”

“I moved in to these apartments November 2010.. So far soo good i got brand new washers and dryers in my unit.. so i love the fact that i dont have to go to a washateria.. The apartment look like new i got ceramic tile and its soo easy to clean spacially with my kids.. i got brand new appliances and i always see the security patrol.. I do recommend these apartments. I even got some family members living here. :)”

“This apartment complex is not safe for anyone. I was searching for a place to move with my daughter. I am a single mother and considered living here. After doing my research, it was extremely clear that this is defiantly not the place for us or anyone for that matter. There are shootings, someone was murdered, and there are several reports of car theft and sexual assault crimes, and drug possession charges listed with the Houston Police Department. This is not a place to call home, no matter how great the deals are that they offer. I would rather live in a shelter!! If you want a safe place to live and protect your family from violence move some place else, just not here!!!”

“I think this is the worst place anybody can live in the whole of United States. For the sake of Jesus Christ that I serve, please don t go there. 1. The management is the worst set of mankind you pray to meet in live. No respect, full of lies and butch of idiots, who have no knowledge about managing a complex 2. I have personally witnessed 4 killings in the apartment in a period of 2years.In fact one ended up dead in my front house. Guns, drugs are free commodities you can get and use nobody cares. What I still wonder is why this RW has not been demolished by the authorities. Because the place virtually empty. There have succeeded in killing most of the old people that lived there 3.As I write this, if you go there right now, 80% of the mail boxes are broken, mails stolen and nobody cares. I find it difficult to believe the place still has a living owner. 4. Maintenance: please, let s not go there. Everything is broken and you get repairs if you are lucky sometimes, 4 months after you request for one. The swimming pool in not useable. In any case, even when it is open you can t go there because you may end up getting shot. 5. What about the Roaches? It is a complete disaster. Thank God I have moved with head intact. Please please don t go near there”

“I have been a resident of the Regency Walk Apartments for approximately 1yr. 1/2. Maintanace is the worst. Mr. Jeff is sooo non compliant,he temporarily fixes things for fake,he half does everything when he finally comes,their work order list is longer than the food stamp's office list, however I'm happy their are good people in the world thank GOD for Oscar. The management is the worst, Linda is a very evil, bull headed B*tch. She has a very nasty attitude and does not respect anyone;(shape,creed, or color.)My two favorite people of all are Miriam & Chrisitna they are both overworked and underpaid. They are also both very sympathetic and caring people whom I like very much. You Go Girlz! They owe you both an All Time Acheivement Award and most of all a raise.”

“I've been living here at RW for 8 months and it has been pure hell! Before moving here, I use to stop by on a regualr basis to see how the community and property was, and at that time things were nice and well taken care of. But now that im a resident here and all the the people from Katrina, makes this place a pure hell hole!! I'm not saying that the people from Katrina are the main reasons for the violence...But things didn't use to be this way before they came. The old manager Ms. Vicki was a nice person that talked to the residents. And The new manager now Ms. Linda is such a grouch! She's mean and talk to people like they have a tail...They aren't good at fixing up things around here...I still have a list of things that need to be fixed since the first day I moved in.. There have been MANY shootings and fights right outside my front door....And most places would send out a notice about the incident, but that wasn't the case here...There are alot of kids that be outside playing and you just never know when there will be a drive by or better yet a walk-by shooting. They have nice floorplans and are always running specials. But dont let that reel you in....Unless you like living in fear this is the place for you....If you like living ------ fab then hey, by all means, join in on the block party and have a blast!!!!”
