“I have been here about two and a half years and have sent property do a complete change in management company from Cardinal group to Solidago, new paint, upgrades amenities and monthly resident events! We are located right by the police station and my cute and affordable 1 bedroom apartment has the best patio view and I feel safe and cozy!”

There attitudes suck…, they don’t know what they’re doing…. How there u be a student or even have job. U Literally get treated like that’s a crime… Noemi how dare u sit up in my face and tell me u have been doing this 19 years but don’t know how to print documents….. Alexis literally had to help u….. smh…. Everyone seems to be a manager with no clue of what they’re doing….. looking at these comments about the up keep of the inside the apartments makes me regret applying here….. the outside is most definitely clean. From the first day I walked in that office…. Noemi gave us attitude…. She didn’t look at my voucher until the black guy came over….. u was rude to us with a smile on her face….. she goes from one apartment complex to a next….. I remember her from another apartment complex……giving folks a hard time……”

She does not want to have things fixed in the apartment due to desperate measures. I moved in and was told that things would be fixed have to let the water for 30 minutes or more just have hot water, I have made her aware manager aware and assistant manager aware they all seem to think this is normal in the millennium. When you turn on hot water then hot water should come out of the faucet not having to let it run for 30 minutes or more the maintenance guy will tell you whatever you want to hear. Will never return to fix the problem , he has a very nasty attitude as well if you want to comfortably and clean and don’t hear, children hollering all throughout the night next to your door do not make the mistake of moving here as I stated this place is very outdated and their level of professionalism is very low”

— 7600 E HOUSTON RD · HOUSTON“These apartments are terrible. They are mostly housing residents so the music is loud 24/7, they shoot guns, children write and stick gum on cars, stray dogs roaming around, no security, and people loiter all day everyday like they have nowhere else to be. The office ladies are terrible, they don’t know anything helpful or useful. There is a tiny tiny park for children to play, the pool is always closed, it’s only a small circle so it wouldn’t matter if it was open or closed im afraid to be in it. The residents are rude, the walls outside of the apartments are FILTHY & the stairs are dirty covered with trash. The office will overcharge you if you let them! Theses apartments are infested with ants, roaches and stray dogs. The apartments aren’t big enough as a whole all together for it to be so poorly managed. I would not recommend anyone to live here EVER.”
