“Potholes, trash in the parking lots because people don't clean up after loud parties and they let their dogs run loose and poop all over! Can't sit on patio in peace at night due to loud music. I had a dog come under my patio fence to attack me on two separate occassions! Now I keep a baseball bat at hand. Constant water problems all summer and now it's January and still dealing with water issues; specifically, no water tonight. The office doesn't inform of just go home. If you want value for your money, don't rent here. This place is a ------! I don't have kids in school, use public transportation, or look around for local entertainment so can't rate that.”

“The apartments are bigger on the inside despite what they look like on the outside. Shopping areas close and convenient . Reasonable pricing for the size. You get what you pay for. Water problems every month. No where to park and of course you have to pay just to park. In the office you will only get respect from Maritza if your Mexican, Latino, --------, or of speaking Spanish decent. So I wouldn't advise talking to her. The other manager always have an attitude so it's no reason to speak to her either. Neither one of them smile. The only person in the office that has respect and will acknowledge you is the receptionist Olivia. Matinence try with what they have and with what they know unfortunately.”

“Living with my husband and 1 year old daughter. At first when i moved in i hated it there were kids running screaming outside one time they threw dirt at our window and all over the porch, my husband and i went outside to tell them to stop we then talked to their parents and they never did it again. The maitence crew came to clean it up so no big deal if you wants stuff done your way and people to listen you have to talk and get along with neighboors. If you have a problem with someone go talk to them and tell them why dont come here and write a bad review and not do nothing. Parking is horrible you cant find no where to park unless you buy a spot its $25 a month but there are verly spots left to buy people will still park in your spot if you dont tell them nothing.. my husband beeped / called repo on a car that would always park in his spot and that guy never parked there again lol Maitence is horrible but you have to keep reminding the receptionists to tell them to come if you dont they will take forever to send someone. Roaches are everywhere but theres a time that the pest control comes and takes them out we put white powder it kills them great just need to keep your house clean. There are mostly --------- a little bit on ------ but they are nice i havent had any problems but once i heard a black guy stole a iphone from a -------- but duhh who walks around with a iphone on their hands this is greenspoint i recomend if you have nice things be careful”

“There has been a robbery in my neighbor hood ,my neighbors are kinda loud , the pools are always dirty (I dont even feel safe letting my daughter walk to the office in the mornings for school because I work early). I would give this aparment only 3 1/2 stars especially because the lazy lady in the office .”

“They will try to get you with free cable (mostly spanish) and low entry fee but if you have ANYthing questionable it will go from $99 to $300 very quickly.. Now lets get to parking. Plan to pay $25 extra a month for a spot of your choice. If you dont pay and you cant find a spot you'll have to park in the street in a high crime neighborhood. Take your chances. Now lets talk about hot shower water. WHAT? I HAVNT HAD A DECENT HOT SHOWER HERE IN OVER 6 MONTHS. so i would talk about these issues before you move in..”

“I been leaving here almost 8 months, the maintenance never came to change my refrigerator for a new one, now it got infested in roaches, that is just a shame in them I been waiting for more then 2 months to give a new one, but they just act like nothing happened, I pay my rent and everything, it just frustrating with this man that only want to cheat chat in the parking lot for a long time, this new manager better put this man to work and start putting cameras in every corners of the buildings so it could be more safer.”

“These apartments are extremely in the most horrible conditions ever! They want to charge a leg and a arm for rent just because they are supposedly remodel. Sturcture of these apartments is very poor and they never ever want to put new carpet which is very unsanitary. They are infested with mold, roaches, rats, fleas, leaches and bed bugs. Maintenance is extremely poor they guys honestly do not know what the are doing and I do not think they are even certified to do such a job. They never fix anything and there is never hot water or any water at all. The "manager," Ana Cantu, does not do her job she is hardly ever there and when she is there she is stuck in her office as if there is nothing wrong with the complex! These apartment have many city citations! There are a lot of car thefts and violence there. The office staff are always nasty and rude! There is never any parking! This by far is the most disgusting place to live and to top it of the rent is outrageous! These apartments are in need of serious maintance and management. Please what ever you do don't live there it's a waste of money!”

“The apartments are infested with roaches and bed bugs! No joke I had moved here and my first days I would sleep on the carpet And I would get bit. I thought it was just mosquitos until I bought a bed (brand new) and started gettin lil bites on my legs And arms...I noticed these small little bugs and googled em and Shure enough they were bed bugs. Long story short I found they were Nested deep beneath the old --- carpet that they refused to replace With a newer one. I tried to get them to exterminate them and they Were charging me 300..I refused ofcoarse. I payed my rent on time And never caused trouble. The manager is a lady named Ana Cantu. She is a female dog. I had to move out. There is also a lot of car break ins And ppl robbing ppl at night. Maintenance is not that good. Water always goes out And the apts are super old. They will charge you for everything. They are no help the staff there sucks. I would not want my mom or dad to Ever live here.”

“Horrible nasty --- apartments. Roaches and rats are a big problem. Staff treats their own kind better if ur black or white be prepared to be treated diffrent. I saw the lady in the office refuse to give another lady and I a tag to park in the lot, unless we had proof of insurance. That was the only way to get it. But if ur -------- no problem. How do I know this. Because after they refused to give me one my husband called and hes -------- they gave him absolutely no problem at all and didnt even ask for insurance. Needless to say we got the tags. Really bad pot holes in the lot that they dont even try to fix. Kids run free everywhere even at night time. I meen where in the hell are the parents. And what the hell are they thinking or if they even care. But mock my words one day a child is going to get hurt really really bad and then their going to care, its just a matter of time if they dont get it undercontrole. They ride their bikes in the lot everything. My husband have already had children come out of no where infront of the car and when were backing up. Too many times to count its ridiculous. No hot water,,so many things slow maintenance. But yeah they always want their rent. We pay them rent so they need to start doing their damn job!!!”

“I havent lived here, but my best friend does. I routinely go over there, no one gives me a problem there isnt a whole lot of noise there and the gates have always been in working order. My friends neighbors are really nice and greeted me when i came over for a barbeque. I used to live down the street so i know about the stigma of Greenspoint. And I have to say I live in Champions and i have had more problems there than my friend or I have had in 2 years. I dont work for the company who runs the place and I honestly have never met the management staff there, but i would love to have lived in that complex instead of the "prominent" area of champions or that hell hole on the other side of 45 at Northpark. yes there are some suspicious people there, but I have seen worse. and yes i am there in the middle of the night so no "the problems are at night" garbage. i call it how i see it.”

“these apts are so ------ and hood I lived there back in 2003 my neighbors were braking into all the cars they live beneath me and also robbed a pizza delivery guy and that was then now I hear its worst there is a roach problem and if your neighbors have a roach problem trust me you will to this is not a place to raise a family hello its guns point for one”

“These apartments may be ------, but man we form the best parties ever!!!! When my friends and I get together and drink it up, we have a good ol' time and this can last up to two days. We have great food, music and liqour in town. Come and see for yourselves.”

“The Management is a joke one of the nastiest people I have ever seen in my life. This person will not answer refuse to give information when you want to speak with someone other than her.The maintenance is horrible although they do what they can, unlicensed simply just people off the street. I pay rent on time, never say a word but when I have issues she attempts to get in pissing contest with me and she will not win. This place is a dump I regret ever moving my child into this crime ridden infested area. And lets just not get into the rodent and roach issues its enough to make someone tear their hair OUT!”

“I lived hear from 4/04-10-05 I didnt have many problems. The neighbors werent load at all. The came and did maintence after my year, they asked if i wanted my carpet cleaned. i only had a problem with the management. there was no one there to help you, every month they sent me a late notice when i paid with a check. And they dont give reciepts.”

“This is the worst place I have ever lived. The apartments are old and in need of much repair, walls are cracked, paint peeling, and they have a horrible roach problem. No matter how much I cleaned and had them spray, I still saw roaches. Walls are paper thin, there's always loud kids running in the street, the security (what a joke) gate was always broken, the trash is piled up, the management is rude and maintenance takes days, we didn't have hot water for weeks. Its a hell hole.”

“Northpointe is a hell hole. Maintenance is a joke. Stay clear do not move here. You would be better staying on the street. The area is unsafe for kids, and it's a lot of drug activity.”

“Spacious apartment, very cheap. Parking is good. No roach problems. Okay place to start for single student.”

“The management was unresponsive. They hired an uninsured tree company to trim the trees (only because they were going to be fined if they didn´t),the tree company trimmed the trees above the cars. Needless to say, a rather large branch fell on my brand new car and scratched and dented my car. Drops of tree sap fell onto my car and to this day will not come off. The apartment complex literally closed the door on my face and denied responsibility.I proceeded to call FLAGSHIP PROPERTIES 3 times, they run various apartment complexes including mine. No one ever returned my phone calls.”
