VERY DISGUSTING APARTMENTS...THE ------- IN THE OFFICE ARE NASTY WOMEN WHO DONT GIVE A FLYING ---- ABOUT ANYTHING THERE...WOMEN LETS THERE ----IN KIDS PLAY IN THE PARKING LOT..TRASH EVERYWHERE..WORST COMPLEX EVER...THE ----- ISABEL FROM THE OFFICE JUST WANTS TO SPRAY SOME CHEP --- CHEMICAL FOR BED BUGS THAT MAKES THE SITUATION WORST!!!!”

“i moved to shadow ridge a couple of months ago and have enjoyed my time here. The maintenance is quick and the apartments are nice. My kids can walk to school and they have an afterschool program for them in the afternoon.”

“I have been living here in these apartments or three months, and they are infested with roaches. Some of the tenants here are nasty as hell. They take their garbage and throw it all over the place instead of putting it in the big dumpster. One of the employee by the name of Jackie that work for Shadow Ridge Apartment Homes, this lady have a nasty --- attitude. I will never go talk to her about ----, thats why I'm going to get the ---- out of here. I work to hard to have to come home and look at nasty --- carpet and ------- roaches crawling here and there. The manager need to have these ------- apartment sprayed for roaches and everything. Whoever stayed in the apartment that I live in now, they was some nasty --- people, I will never move into no apartment anymore without asking question about the tenants that moved out. Before you move here please ask question from the people that live here now, or better yet late at night come by here and see all that garbage. Its a shame that these people get all this money every month and they can't do better then this, thats why people move in and out so soon. When I move out I don't give a ---- if I have to pay rent for a $1,000.00 or by a house that what I'm going to do. I work to hard and My husband work to hard over there in Iraq to put up with -------- like this. I pay my $727 a month, I'm not on no government assistants, so therefor I will not let anybody handle me like I'm getting government assistants because I don't, and I hope Ms. Jackie don't get it twisted. So please do not move here roaches are bad, carpet still be nasty in the apartment after they clean it, you can still see the spots. They are to ------- cheap to take it up and put down some new carpet. Hear gun shots in the daytime and at night. An 18b year old girl got killed in Camden Park over by Shadow Ridge Apartment Homes. If you want to know anything about this area call Harris County Police Department they will give you the lowdown about this area.”
