“This apartment community is useless. The property management team only has time to respond to reviews in social media but will not give a damn to address and follow-through your complaints. Don't fall for their 2 MONTHS FREE RENT PROMO TRAP. * Garage door is broken since 4 months with tire thefts happening but no community updates are sent out to residents. * Elevators malfunction every other month and is extremely noisy. * Floor hallways are filthy, dirty, and carpets have not been vacuumed for over 2 months now. * Trash rooms are disgusting in this property, and you can't even step inside to put your garbage in the trash shute.”

“My experience with Locale, which has short-term rentals in Vantage Med Center, was easy and professional. My apartment was very nice: Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, lovely bathroom and a washer and dryer. The entire complex is well-managed and clean--there are even Christmas decorations up, a food truck visit every week, and get togethers for the residents. When my tv didn't work, someone responded within the hour. I had to extend my stay twice and Locale was incredibly accommodating. Vantage is very convenient to TMC; it's a 4 block easy walk to MD Anderson's main building, and it's right next to Hermann Park. I will stay here again!”

“I have lived here for more than 2 years, it used to be a good place to live, but since the management change, the quality is going below zero: maintenance requests take weeks to be fixed, doors to acces the building never work, dog park is ridiculous, common areas are always dirty, it is not anymore a residential place, it became a hotel/ Airbnb mainly ran by management, which has brought a lot of security problems. Amenities are restricted, you have to book and paid additional money even when you pay an amenity fee monthly. With high frequency you found vehicles at the front of the building with the doors opened, very loud music and people drinking alcohol. Now, on top of all those issues, residents have to pay parking for their guests. It's not worth the price!”

“I couldn't be more happier to be here, specially the staff is always working hard to help and to provide the best experience to the residents. The community is great, nice amenities and I get to enjoy the lovely views the building offers.”

“One word to describe my experience with Vantage Med center….UNPROFESSIONAL. A leasing agent at the apartment complex promised us that we would be able to move in on our move in date. The third lie that was told to us through this experience. The first lie was that we didn’t qualify due to unemployment which was totally false because we sent proof of employment the day we submitted the application. The second lie was that they were so busy at the office that they couldn’t return our phone calls or voicemails even though we paid the deposit. I just want to say that me and my girlfriend felt like we weren’t wanted after we were actually approved by the Vantage point staff. The whole ordeal set us back scrabbling to find an apartment to move into before our lease at our condo ends. We had to call corporate to the see what the problem was with why they changed our move in date even though we were given a verbal agreement from the leasing agent. So ultimately we had to go to corporate to get a refund. I feel disrespected and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had trying to rent a unit. Beware !”

“Vantage Med Center is a gem. A beautiful property where your backyard is basically the biggest park in the city, bike trials, golf course, the zoo, gardens, many amazing museums, miller outdoor theater and more. All this lends itself to a more relaxed area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The building and the great amenities are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful unlike other places I have lived. Living here is an excellent choice.”

“The staff as well as the procedures they put in place is on the level of a 5 star hotel. However, you still feel a strong sense of community here. This is not the type of environment where you will have issues with your neighbors lol.”

“I lived at vantage for a year. It was a total waste of money. The location for me was very bad. Since the apartmen is located on Holcombe, I woke up everynight by ambulances passing by. The noise isolation seems to be minimal. The manager was rude and unprofessional. Very unrecommended.”
