“DONT MOVE IN!!!! IF SOMEBODY NEED FIXING THEY TAKE FOREVER TO FIX IT.”

“I have lived at these apartments before and they're a good deal and I've had good experiences with them. The office people are always nice and they are always quick to help with maintenance problems that come up. I have been late a time or two on rent and they've always talked to me and given me options to pay. I like all of them!”

“I HAVE LIVED HERE PRIOR TO THE NEW MANAGEMENT AT VILLA ADORA AND ALL I GOTTA SAY IS THAT EVER SINCE THEN, THE STAFF HAS BEEN THE SAME. THEY DO A SPLENDID JOB AT TRYING TO HELP THE MOST THEY CAN. I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY OF THEM AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER. I KNOW THAT BELINDA HAS HAD A LOT OF PEOPLE FOLLOWING HER FROM OTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX AND THEY ARE COMPLETELY HAPPY HERE. ALL THE COMPLAINTS I SEE ON HERE ARE OUTRAGEOUS AND AS FAR AS I KNOW, ITS THEIR JOB TO COLLECT MONEY AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS GOOD. WHOEVER IS NOT HAPPY LIVING HERE CAN MOVE OUT AND STOP COMPLAINING. Y'ALL NEED TO STOP CRYING AND MOVE ON CUZ YOU ARE RENTING AN APARTMENT, NOT BUYING IT. SERIOUSLY PEOPLE, IF YOU OWE 96 CENTS, PAY IT! NOT HARD AT ALL. ALSO MAINTENANCE IS DOING AN OUTSTANDING JOB BEING THAT THEY ARE SHORTHANDED AND BREAKING THEIR BACKS TO GET TO EVERYONE AS SOON AS THEY CAN. I'M PRETTY SURE THE GROUNDS OF THIS PROPERTY WOULD LOOK A LOT BETTER IF PEOPLES KIDS WEREN'T RUNNING AROUND AND PARENTS WERE ACTUALLY SPANKING THEM FOR DAMAGES THEY CAUSE. ITS COMMON SENSE SERIOUSLY YOU GOT A RESPONSIBILITY AND IF YOU WANT YOUR RESIDENCE TO LOOK GOOD, KEEP IT NICE AND CLEAN. POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR THE SAME REASON THAT PARENTS DON'T KNOW HOW TO CONTROL THEIR KIDS AND EVEN ADULTS CAN'T CONTROL THEMSELVES. THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE COMPARED TO WHEN THE NEW MANAGEMENT CAME IN. ALL KINDS OF BAD THINGS HAVE DISAPPEARED EVER SINCE AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.”

“Staff does not know how to custumer service you pool always close is been like that for About 2 years they rippe u off by paying a 300 $ pet deposit they never make sure maintanance Fix problems you report they have you pay water charges around 60$ not even in a house you pay so much Las management took care of you well this mangement deservs a 0 if its 0~10 ranking been 10 the best”

“Finding parking at night is a pain if you have multiple vehicles, you get one assigned parking space per apt the day you move in. apartments are big. gate never works so it stays open (waste of $30 gate card). You can imagine the kind of people that live here (the majority of them not everyone). We are in the SWAT & these apartments sure do show it. At night it's pretty quiet in the building I live in. Occassionally, some neighbor will have a gathering, that's when it gets annoying. In need of stronger security for sure! p.s. there are bats at night.”

“These apts are horrible they are robbing people near the back gates, management wants you to pay moving fees when u get robbed at gun point.no security guards if you find any in the entire complex he's alone...beware of you surroundings at all times”

“Everyone in the office has a horrible attitude. Belinda and Julie both think they are better than you are. They are not good with customer service. The things you put on your move in form do not get fixed.they leave broken appliances in your home for months, the apartment itself is spacious and priced adequatel,but the management will take you to court for .96 cent. People move out every other day because the management has such poor attitudes. I have never experienced these kinds of people before. I hate I ever moved here.”

“I will recomend this apartment to any one because i have lived there,the management is very good,the staff's are great,good parking space,the security is good,no loud noice,the manager is very,very nice,good place to live and be happy.”

“I have lived in this apartment for 2years,the management is great,the staff's are prompt whenever i call for any repairs inside my apartment,The manager is nice and kind,security is great,since i moved in there i have never heard any breakings,i have refered people in this apartment and they are very happy,i love it here.”

“Just moved in here 3 months ago and im very pleased. From the start everyone in the leasing office has been very helpful. I recently had an issue with my stove and im very impressed with how well and prompt,management and maintenance have always been in resolving my problems as small as they may be.”

“This apartment is a joke...be careful when u dealing with them, the manager is an -------. She treats their clients like ---- and plus they're never upfront about everything. They tricked us when we were filling out the application, they never told us about a gate fee until u get approved so u are basically stuck. Be VERY careful cuz they have some HIDDEN fee that they wont tell u about. Bad Management!!!!!!”

“I am a resident that has lived here for about 4 years. The new management is great!! There is a dramatic change from what used to be Lenox Court.”

“When i first moved here in 2005 and it was quiet, after the New Orleans people moved in all HELL broke loose. We change managment every 2 months in the office. If you have children they can't swim becasue the pool is greem half the time, becasue they just allow the mexican maintenance people clean it they are to cheep to hire some one.. There have been several murders and break ins..and they take forever to fix anything”

“These apartments are infested with New Orleans hood rats, not to say that everyone from there is a hood rat but they definitely stand out over here. They are rowdy and out of control and management can do nothing about them, In fact the assaulted the last manager.”

“NO security- though advertised. Many people in parking lot drinking, cursing, leaning against cars and apartment. Apt reported to tenants that tires are being sliced and apt broken into and to be on alert. Compliants unheard by mgmt. Was not this bad this last year.”

“We just renewed our lease for another six months. I would definately recommend checking out theses apartments. If not for the 1/2 hour commute to work, would probably stay here indefinately. Although the area is not particularly the safest, we have had no problems. The grounds are extremely well kept and the management is more than friendly. Our electric bill ranged from $60 in the winter to $110 in the summer and we ran our a/c constantly during the day. Oh, the only other bad thing is that the entrance gate is left open half the time due to tenants forcing it open instead of using a gate key.”

“The Good: The apartments themselves are nice. The management was nice and maintenance turnaround was very good. <br> <br>The Bad: The residents-Basically the residents were not good. We were basically harassed out of the complex. We had one kid who actually tried to close the gate on our car. The pool and other things around the complex were routinely mistreated and we left with broken things thanks to residents. <br> <br>VERY HIGH electric bills especially in 2nd floor apartments. We once had a $331 bill in the summer! There is simply no insulation. <br> <br> <br>”

“The complex is the nicest in the particular area. The complex is well kept. The staff is usually available and courteous. <br> <br>Unfortunately the tennants in general leave a little to be desired and there has been a problem keeping that under control. <br> <br>Insulation in 2nd floor apartments is bad and the electric bills very high in 2nd floor apartments. <br>”
