“This is place is by far the worst. It is rat,cockroach infested and the management won't help. The staff working there is rude and doesn't respect privacy. I had one of the guys come to fix the stove and didn't come at expected time and when he showed up it was at a bad moment.There's rats everywhere.The parking space is limited and if you don't have a sticker you get towed,I got mine stollen and well guess what happened. They make you leave info about your car but guess what it's of no help because the moment you leave it unattended they take you're sticker and use it on another car meanwhile your car is towed. Also there's a lot of noise all the time and lastly there's gun shootings all over this place. A guy got shot and killed outside of these apts and not to long ago another man got killed inside the apts”

“This place is infested with roaches, rodents and violent people! Gangs run rampant in this area. I moved here initially not knowing the area but it was close to my new job in Houston. I moved immediately when my lease was up! Half the time, I stayed with a co-worker once I realized what I have gotten myself into.”
