“This apartment complex has been nothing but helpful and nice to me since I started living here! They are always willing to work with me when it comes to rent or any situation that might need assistance. I highly recommend living at Lakeside Forest Apartments.”

“I have rats and roaches in my I'm apartment I have talked to the office about this many times there is not much that they do about it. We have cracks in the kitchen and bath room that are not filled. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. It's really messed up that are taking money and won't use it to fix up the property. I want my money back.”

“I've lived in a house for over 10 years, and decided to downgrade temporarily after getting married....THESE APARTMENTS ARE THE WORST! The office staff is rude as hell. The don't fix anything, they have roaches and a small infestation, the grounds have horrible people, and it's just not worth the money AT ALL. I love the West chase area, but these apartments are a nightmare! They are even putting 3 days notices to vacation on residents home during the Corona virus pandemic! They are rude, disrespectful, and heartless. All about money, but don't even want to do their jobs correctly. You would do better going to live in the projects than move here. My experience from day 1 has been the worst! Gloria is the worst one in the office. Run from this complex. There are so many more that are way better at a cheaper rate!”

“Yes, I love to live here just because is close to everything we need in our daily life; I really didn't have any problems with neighbors; pets; vehicles; kids; etc. I have had some inconvenients lately ( missing furniture from my Patio, but I still did not activate my video Camera to find out who is doing this...But I ;; have one soon. I love the Online Payment, make my life much easier. Sometimes I can't be at the building before 6:00pm, and this cause me some inconveniences when I need to pay.I don't have time to meet the new employes at the Office, and I don';t have the necessity to go there a;lso. Online s=Service is fantastic (Karya). Time is very important to me and when or "if" I have a problem, I just let Lakeside know about through Karia Website. Works very well for me/us. Thank you for the opportunity to give my feedback about living here for so many years.”

“I am disappointed that at every turn management makes excuses for what is not right. Resident parking is hit or miss. Non-residents take up parking nightly. The office would rather act as if the issues are non-existent. We have had maintenance issues last for more than two years. Even after moving into another apartment the issues are still not resolved.”

“Very poor experience overall . It feels like all they do is collect rent. Sewer holes so badly built you can bury your tire in them. My biggest challenge my whole lease term was having bad neighbours upstairs. LOUD LOUD LOUD . Leading said there is nothing to do it kids want to run around the apartment and play knocking on the floor and litterally dragging furniture across the floor. All I was wondering everyday is: do they understand that a situation like this can escalate to unwanted proportions. I never threw out the race card but after going to the office for a whole year i had to realize that the manager was completely full of lies. To make you walk out the office she will say any lie . I stopped complaining couple months ago as nothing improved and start staying away from my apartment any chance I get. To the office I say thanks for nothing as my whole life changed because of them. And this is supposed to be new management. I HATE this place. Also to make the matter worse they went on and removed every piece of carpet that was somehow helping with the stomping upstairs. These apartments have been here forever so you can expect the insulation in the walls to have wore out long ago. Why remove the carpets upstairs and now you literrally hear each other talking,walking,using restrooms, I mean this is bananas!!!!!! **Dog owners will walk to the next building to let their dog poop and not have to pick it up or look at it the next day. If I could put less than a star I would! Before you sign your lease make sure this place reflects your values. If so go ahead they want people like you.”

“I have more than 7 years living in this property and I am scared with the kind of comments that I saw here this property is one of the best that there is in the area the manager assistant kimberly the best in his work treats very well the residents the apartments very clean everything very quiet a very nice property to live with the family..”

“I lived here 4yrs no problems staff is great and a safe place if you have children and I’m Antonio Harvey. The apartments are in a great area and have good schools and shopping places and close to I-10.”

“I can’t wait to move in my new apartment! I’m really excited. I walked the property with the Asst. Manager Kim and the property was very quiet and tidy! I took all my paper work and Erika processed my application in a timely manner & over all my experience has been a good one. I will update my review once I’ve moved in which will be soon since I am approved. So happy and satisfied with the overall customer service at lakeside forest! Take a visit and see for yourself.”

“The one bedroom I live in is very cozy and has full size washer and dryer hookups which I appreciate very much. The staff is always helpful and have good attitudes. Maintenance staff is also helpful and make themselves available when you have issues with your apartment. I definitely recommend Lakeside Forest if you need a quiet place to stay!”

“I’ve been at Lakeside Forest for about a year now. It is by far the BEST apartment complex I’ve ever lived in, and I am picky. For starters the staff is amazing. They ALWAYS resolve issues right away, they are professional and truly care about the tenants. It’s more like a family type environment since it’s a small community.”

“I have been living on Lakeside for last 2 years. It's a very good property , very clean and office staff is very co-operative and understanding . Maintenance people are qualified and show up on time. Most of all is it's very quite and peaceful.”

“I have been a residnet a little over 6 months and the property is always quiet and I love it! Security is always walking around. The girls in the office made my move in super easy and they always help me out in what I need! Maintenance is always nice and show up usually same day if not the next day. Overall I'm happy with my decision of moving here.”

“This place is very nasty ,the administration are very ignorant dont have the knowledge to manage that place never fixed nothing even electric problems .My suggestion dont move there is full of roaches is not safe even the fridge have roaches inside and when the weather is bad flood so bad you going to need a boat to come to the place. The owner never is available for listen to your complaint about the nasty people working there . My suggestion DONT MOVE HERE IS REALLY BAD , INFEST WITH ROACHES ,BEDBUGS AND FLEES . I YOU NEVER GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK because they dont do that ,if you have the money go away from this nasty place and administration . Nasty place .”

“This is the most crappy place i have to deal with,manager iria is unprofessional and a lier,she would say 4 dir. Stories for the same senario or situation,owner are always in the office,she lies about that too,my guess room celing is sinking water leaks everywhere carpet stinks and its like 15 years old,iria promised me she would change it with 1 or 2 says and here we are a month nothing is done in my apt. Toilet doesnt work,there are thousands of roaches and spiders in unit,everyone in the office is unprofessional,they wont show u the unit before leasing,i sujest everyone who is thinking of moving here please dont cause u will regret it,if u havent sign the lease please dont sign to move here i dont recommend it the manager iria is very disrespectful and rude i will not stop till everyone know this place needs to get out of business asap and stop taking advantage of people and taking people money in exchange of promises that they know they cant fullfill!!!”

“We have leaved at Lakeside Forest several months now, and we could not be happier. We lived at two other apartments in the area, and there is no comparison to the service here. The manager and leasing staff go out of their way to make residents happy. The complex is quiet, and the people is friendly and welcoming. The grounds are kept in good condition.”

“Apartments are old and they do not fix them. Can not even have pizza delivery. Dominoes for example do not go there for security reasons. Swimmingpool always close, cats and dogs (full of bugs) lives outside and pupping everyplace. Manager is such a ----- and treat people like cows. I am so sorry for the owners because this manager will ruin their investments. Almost everybody do not renew their contract and get out as soon as possible from that place.Cars are open and robbed at night althought they have a gate. Awful.”

“I visit this property very friendly staff from leasing to manager there's currently no 1bdrm units available. So I'm on a waiting list. I have friends that live here they also tell me great things about this property.”

“This apartments have been everything I needed washer and dryer, allows pets which is important to me. A great place to call home. The staff is amazing!! These are great apartments in great area, a bit older and that brings some issue, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick respond to such issue. I love my time here and recommend it to others.”

“-Pets unleashed -pets poop everywhere in the complex -Some people are noisy and no one does anything about it. parking lot is a mess. -Landscape is good. -Parking lot has big holes and bumps. -Garbage is everywhere during the weekend. -People pissing next to the dumpster!!!! -Management and staff are polite but they don't seem to care about maintaining the complex. -Very bad pest control! Place full of roaches.”

“Old and outdated units, roaches are bad. The mall cop security likes to use excessive force, the manager was very rude and made indirect comments of -------------------------------- when they come to discuss issues.”

“Their Emergency Maintenance hot line staff are very rude. They will not even let you finish your sentence and you have to call about 10 times and get hanged up on before they even answer your call. ---------- was very rude did not like her at all. No professionalism, no customer service just plain rude. The apartment complex is nice been there for 6yrs but moving out because of the plumbing problem in my apartment.”

“This is the worst apartment ever, very very horrible. I live here for 2yrs like in jail. I was out of ttowh and my apartmet unit was broken into, I could not believe that. On telling d unit management, no sympathy for all they could say is for me to call the police and make a report. At a time i also found a snake in my commode which i called the management , they told me they have nothing to do to it but to call the pet contrl. There was this ugly asst. manager as at the time, she was very rude to the extent that u feel like punching her in the face sometimes. I tell u , i thought this would be one of the best and safest area to live but I got it all wrong. A lot of bad guys with guns were living there, they shoot sometimes @ nite that we were scared to sleep, they turn the apt to a shooting range field. The management do not care about you, all they care about is your money. Maintanance was poor as well. I move out, everything was fine I didn;'t break no lease and as well all bills were taking care of but to my suprise after 3yrs that i have left , they came up with an outrageous bill claiming that i owed for cleaning in the amount of 1,320, this is ridiculous. They reported this to the credit bereau which is messing me up now. they changed management 3 times already in 3yrs. . Thre was a leakage on my ceiling for over a yr that they could not fix, I put a bowl on my stairs to drain water. Is this HORRIBLE? Anyway, goodluck to you if you live there.”

“I don't know where to begin. well first of all they let any one with or without a background move in here. they have changed management 3 times since i been living here ( and I moved in December 07 and it is just July of 08.the management is lazy and don't care i cant count how many different maintenance men we had. finally we got one decent maintenance man. the ceilings are leaking and caving in my bathroom. the maintenance who came to fix the leak said he couldn't find a leak. (stupid). the doors are falling off the hinges they never fix leaks under the sinks my husband and I had to do it ourselves. the water bill is always over 100 dollars or more.... they cant explain to you why it is like that.then they want to take it out of your rent and charge you late fees.How dumb is that?there is always people hanging out around your apartment and car.Bad bad kids.there is no end to the complaints whatever you can think of is what is wrong with these apartments. YES I AM PUTTING THEM ON BLAST!!!!!!!! I am calling channel 2 news.”

“This complex was probably the worst apartment I have ever been to. My car was vandalized and I feared for my own safety to even call the police in fear of other resident retaliation. The office staff was never in the office! I was unable to walk to the mailbox alone because I was approached by large groups of grown men who always hung out in the parking lot anytime of day or night. The neighbors across from us were always having a party in the parking lot and I woke up to the sound of gun shots almost everynight.Pizza Hut wouldn't even deliver to our complex because they were robbed too often. Don't rent here if you value your safety, unless you are a criminal who wants a place where this behavior is tolerated.”

“Crime infested neighborhood, you have to call the office at least 5 times to get something fixed, 3 of the buildings in the back of the apartment complex are infested with bats, yes "BATS" as in the animal, very unhelpful staff. Please don't move in any of the apartments in this block unless you want to get shot. (lol)”

“If you have looked for an apartment in every other part of the world and NOBODY else will approve you, then rent here. I moved in these apartments in June of last year and it took them one of the seven months I was there to turn on the water to my washer so I could do laundry. Not only that, both toilets continously ran all the time. They never fixed anything. Everytime I would go to the office to check on a work order they would say that they didnt' recieve it. The ceilings are falling in, light fixtures hanging from the ceiling, the shower is a joke. But most of all this is the most unsafe place I have ever lived in my whole life. I was robbed at Christmas time and maintenance wouldn't even come out and replace the glass that was broken. They tried to say that I didn't call them back after the police had left. Further, I came home about two weeks later and my apartment had been broken into again. Also, my apt. was broken into again at the end of January. I came home to an unlocked door THREE times while I lived at Fairfield Falls. The last time maintenance came out and when I asked him to change the lock, he said he would do it the next day and refused to change the lock. By the way, if they tell you that they changed locks before you moved in, I would demand that they change them again in front of you, they told me the same thing and it was a bald face LIE. DON'T MOVE HERE EVER.”

“I have lived there over 3 years. Now the murders, the music that is so loud it shakes the bed and knocks things off the walls, and of course the fact that nothing ever is repaired has forced me to look for somehwere else to live. The ceiling is falling down because the roof was not repaired....I had requested repair several times.... And of course every time they finally do come to fix something, you then get a notice saying they don't have a copy of your key with a threatening letter. There must be 6 copies of my keys with as many maintenance people.... Go anywhere else...this place is terrible....”

“I lived at these apartments for almost 3months, I had to go. We had ant hills inside of the apartments. My garbage disposal always stopped working and the house would smell of the food that was inside of the disposal. The water would leak through the ceiling of the dining room from the upstairs bathroom. The floor in the master bedroom was sinking in. There were no windows downstairs, so no circulation could go through the apartment. The managment, joke thing, Candice & Melody were and are thieves. They would alter documentation and didn't do things legally. Drug dealers and drug addicts were also an everyday thing. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS: RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!”

“For being close to such a nice area, Memorial, this complex is by far the worse apartment complex I've lived in. Trash and debris flowing from the street. Kids running around unsupervised in the street. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I assume they don't do much to prepare new apartments because it looked like mine had just been painted white to hide all the flaws. Finding a pubic hair painted into the wall was pretty disgusting also. My apartment was infested with flies for 2 weeks before they finally resolved the issue, which was next door. There was also an UNSOLVED homicide of a great young man. If what you are looking for is obnoxious neighbors, horrible treatment, and just a flat out rip off, come visit Fairfield Falls, they will definately not meet your expectations.”
