TERRA AT PARK ROW APARTMENTS LLC · avg 2.7 ★★★★★ · Houston
“He vivido muy tranquila. El staff de administración son muy atentas personas. Hay muy buen servicio de mantenimiento. Mis vecinos son muy tranquilos. Y la HEB está frente a los departamentos. Walmart está cruzando la calle.”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“Poor management Neighbors played loud music after 10pm My neighbors played loud music anytime Called police, filed complaint to office leasing but bo results Management doesn’t do anything to stop it I won’t recommend anybody to rent apartment over there”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“My son was shot twice in the head on 01/21/2017 while getting into a car to go home after visiting a friend. The security of this property has always been VERY poor and there is not any improvements being made AT ALL to protect their residents and guests. Terra Apartments evicted my son's friend due to this horrible matter. She was a VICTIM... NOT THE ONE THAT SHOT MY SON. They both were innocent bystanders walking to their car. I am truly disgusted with the actions of this property and the management company. There are HUGE problems with violence and nothing is being done to prevent it. there is a active investigation regarding the shooting in Harris County.”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“Wonderful Service!! I loved my visit. The staff made me feel at home and extremely welcomed.”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“I thought that the Terra apts would be a nice place to live since it wasn t too far away from where i used to live. But as the days go by, i am coming to the realization that this, "not really renovated" apt complex is just a mess. Fighting, loud noise all through the night (people standing out, tenants fighting, and stray cats all over the place!!!! - i feel like i live in the pet cemetery at night because of the cats fighting one another).... -and dont think of taking your trash to the dumpster at night because there will 18 cats running out as soon as you make a sound...YUCK!!!! The parking is horrible and they tow your car.. Im trying to figure out why in the hell does the mgmnt office even have the space on the application inquiring about the tenants vehicles if they have them towed away- even when they are parked in the appropriate spot. The renovations are poorly done. Same old cheap cabinets just painted over.. Baseboards over an inch off the floor... Im always scared something is going to crawl out from beneath the cracks... Dishwasher inoperable, air conditioner loud as a lawn mower, and the water running in the showers is even louder... Noise all over that place.......”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“I have a friend that stays here that I have been visiting 5-6 days a week for the past few months. My vehicle was never towed until the other day. No where in the enterance of the complex nor in 85% of the property are there signs posted "Towing enforced". The only signage that is visible on property is the few visitor spots the complex has available for the hundreds of units on property. Why didn't I park in visitor parking? Because all their residents were parked in those spots, plus I have been parking in regular spots for months without being bothered. When I called to speak to management, the management was completely rude. No sympathy. Just a simple "Well you should of parked in visitors or on the side street.". This is no way of managing a property. The lack of customer service is appalling. I do not recommend living here nor visiting anyone who does!”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“Overall, the apartments have a beautiful appearance, inside and out. The staff is great, very quick to respond and help. However, I have been there for almost 7 months, I pay for pest control monthly to my rent and I still have to go out of my way (time and more money) to prevent from having roaches everywhere, and are still there. Pretty embarrassing when I have family or friends over. I have two kids and its something I have to be on top of. Also, The parking sucks. I think if all spaces were available to everyone, maybe it'd make things a little better? If you get home at 9:00 p.m. or later you will face difficulty finding a spot, many residents including myself are then forced to park in no parking zones and have had our cars towed. My car has been towed twice. They will not do anything for you if your car is towed. It's your responsibility to pay for it even though THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE PARKING.”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“I have been living at Terra for over a year now, and this is my third lease. Over all I have had a very pleasant experience here. I love that everything you need is right around the corner, I go to school at HCC Katy campus which is right across the street, HEB is not far, among Wal Mart, Walgreens, and other reseraunts. The new management is AMAZING and are always very helpful and quick to solve any problems you have. And not to mention, the renovations are DEFFINATLY a upgrade. The whole site looks 10 times better than how it was. I love my neighbors and the people in the community. No complaints here, I love my apartment. It's my space of serenity!”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“I love it here! We love out apartment, the front office staff, and even the maintenance guys. My children's school is around the corner. The renovations are stunning. To be honest I couldn't see it when they first started, but now they are almost done and I have to admit that its an amazing transformation. I have been told by some neighbors that past management/owners have not taken care of residents at all. Apparently this is new ownership/management since the end of last year. Luckily, I have not experienced that at all. Quite the opposite, actually. I look forward to 2-4 more years here while I prepare to buy my first home. Highly recommend!”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“A better place than it was before. The new management and remodel makes this place look and feel like home. Easy access to fry road, green house road, and iten. If you're looking for somewhere away from the city but close enough for you to get there quick, this is the place for you.”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“From afar these apartments have a nice appearance. They are remodeling so the features are being upgraded which is nice. However I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Maybe its just because they are in construction but I have faced several issues in the short time I've lived here thus far. The number one complaint is the parking. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PARKING. If you get home at 10:00 p.m. or later you will face difficulty finding a spot, many residents including myself are then forced to park in no parking zones and have had our cars towed. They will not do anything for you if your car is towed. It's your responsibility to pay for it even though THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE PARKING. We have also have issues with the construction, when they replaced the windows they left glass all over my roommates room. It was all over the floor and her bed. The management staff are very friendly and do their best to clean the complex but the tenants are messy and leave trash everywhere. There are constant kids running around leaving junk on the ground. I just recommend that you find a better complex and pray we last with our lease.”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“If you are a responsible person your value will not be appreciated in this complex. Management is not capable at this point in time to be responsible or too lease too responsible respectful tenants. Between the towing company, unsupervised children playing with and throwing balls in the parking lots at all hours of the evening, police always on site and amongst other incidents. This is not somewhere you want to pay $800 plus dollars for no peace of mind. Management is aware how I feel and so will a few others. Terra Apartments just lost a good paying respectful tenant.”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“I have recently committed to my 2nd lease at Terra Apartments & have to say that the new management is really shaking things up in a good way. I am pleased with the response-time I get on maintenance issues & am looking forward to how things improve aesthetically with the upgrades. Keep up the good work!”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“I have lived in the Terra Apartments for year and when I first moved here it was a mess. the new company that has taken over and really starting to clean up this place. They have installed new toilets in the units and they make such a difference in the bathroom. The staff is super. Diana has been a life saver. I went through a rough period after being hurt in a car accident and Diana went to bat for me. I highly recommend this place.”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“Great location, great staff, excellent service! I have lived at Terra since June 2015, I am now renewing my lease for a year and am so happy I found this place! Although the Managment has changed Jackie and Dianna in the office have stayed and it is wonderful to have a familiar face. Gorgeous pool, 24/7 gym, brand new dog park, you can't go wrong!”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“I have lived here 3 years. The new company that took over has done more in 2 months then the last did in 3 years. Maintenance responds very quickly, and fixes things the first time. The girls in the office are always very helpful and are courteous. I love the new toilets that were installed!”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“The property is looking better & better everyday thanks to the new Management Company. New toilets,(for everyone) a dog park (which is great) Keep up the good job! Can't wait to see what's to come!”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“Okay so I've lived at the Terra for a year and half from 10/13-8/15. Worst place ever believe all of the reviews that u see about these apartments. Roaches everywhere not 3 or 4 I'm talking like 30 or 40 of all KINDS.BATHROOM and kitchen are extremely small u can't even take a crap properly it's so small. My apartment was broken into and they wouldn't let me out of my lease. Some random guy hopped by balcony in the middle of the night trying to come in my apartment . I was attacked and assaulted by 2 -------- everything is pretty much broken and maintenance won't fix it and if they do it will be ------ fixed. For instance maintenance will put duct tape on pipes to fix a leak. You won't have hot water. I've never had hot water and everybody except starla and Jackie are ------- in the office if u need something done talk to Jackie. Diana can go suck one choke and die. My best advice DO NOT MORE HERE.”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“This apartment complex is absolutely ridiculous. My car has been broken into 3 different times and for that I am able to break my lease. I'm leaving July 1 2015. The apartment is not worth the high end price we all pay. This apartment is covered with drugs and roaches. It's not a place to have kids living here or to raise a family. I pay pretty close to 1000 a month for noise, roaches, water being cut off constantly toilets that continue to over flow after the management team claims they fixed it, bath tubs that peel from hot water, every time it rains my ceiling in the master bedroom gets extremely damp it's even starting to change colors it's pink brown and black in a circle. When we moved in I turned onthe light to the master bathroom and the light bulbs literally blew up causing the mirror below the light strip to crack directly in the middle. After I reported the incident to ----- which was the manager at the time he said he will send somebody to repair it and check the lighting. I have lived her in this apartment for 9 months and nothing has been fixed or replaced til this day there is no lighting in that bathroom. This apartment is garbage please DO NOT RENT HERE. They hire ridiculous people as leasing agents that are as smart as a box rocks. One time I called to see why the water was off and the girl that answered answered my question with a question saying the water is off? My response was no I'm calling making a fake claim that the water is off just to hear myself speak. Again this place is ------- garbage”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“I am a Realtor who assist clients with leasing an apartment. I will never send another client to Terra @ Park Row. The staff is rude and unknowledgeable of what they are doing. The manager is never in doing her job and as for payment of referral fee they will lie about dates of received documents. This is a horrible as a business so unethical. Stay away!”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“Wow I'm glad your doing your research. This place is a huge no no!! Manegment is terrible. The water is cut off at least one a month. Mold was above my shower the day I moved in. Our kitchen tile has been coming up since we've moved in As well. They sent a couple of guys to to check it out. They said they can't help us and that they are sorry. Life Is hard enough. God forbid your a day late. That fee is 100 dollars plus 10 dollars a day after that. I know most people living here need help getting on our feet. This place makes the working class life a lot harder than need be.”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“TRASH!!!!!! The girls in the office don't know what they are doing! They are rude, unprofessional, and can't help you with anything. They are completely useless. Managers come and go. All of them swear they are going to better the place but I have yet to see any improvements. The current one has been the worst so far. I have told her about some concerns I had and she showed no interest at all. I always see the 2 maintenence guys ride around on the golf cart and do nothing. One of them came in to fix a leak in my kitchen and left after 5 minutes. Said he would come back but never did. My apartment is infested with roaches and one of my neighors had bedbugs. She had to move out because of it. Parking is horrible. Don't come home too late because you'll probably have to drive around for hours until one comes available. My appliances seem like they were painted black, so beware when they advertise "New Black Appliances" to you. They say the property is newly renovated but the only thing that is renovated is the office. The apartments are OLD and falling apart!!! Water is shut off at least once a week and all they can tell you is it was an emergency. Kids are always running around the entrance and exit gate. Staff and parents dont seem to care. Awhile back i saw 10 cops here. Idk what happen but it seemed pretty serious. 2 people were handcuffed. My contracr ends this summer and I'm going to MOVE OUT. I can't wait to get out of this dump.”
— 19606 PARK ROW · Houston“It is a nice place but the kids in the afternoon make much noise, neighbors are worse my downstairs neighbor close very hard the door, my neighbor across shout a lot and my upstairs neighbors screaming fight and kick much at 1am and I a baby of six months awaken me is horrible noise they make.”
