— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“Have lived here for almost 5 years. I would recommend it is the best apartment complex in the area. the only problem is parking if you come home late at night. Maintenance is very good. The ladies in the office are nice. Would love to have a gym.”
— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“The manager sucks at the apartment the staff is good we need a new manager”
— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“------------------- are by far the most evil, corrupt, & money hungry witches I've ever seen. We moved out and left the place in pretty much tip top shape. All they had to do was the norm, paint, carpet clean etc. (Stuff that you get done free with a ;re charging $50 for blinds, $100 to paint, and $200 for flea treatment when we already paid $500 for 2 dogs. Plus there's been robberies and no security is ever there yet they charge you for it.Smh DON'T MOVE HERE!!”
— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“Appearances are deceiving. The place is loud with people running up and down the walkways at all hours. Repairs take forever . A lot of people living in single units. Its like a housing project for foreigners. Don't expect to use the pool it's just a prop.It was never available the entire year I lived there. Oh and don't expect to get your deposit back I left the place spotless and they gave me excuses to deny. The place is scary at night with only dummy cameras as a deterrent. It felt like some kind of arrangement was made to have transient people moving in and out.”
— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“It's sad that even though office staff are posing as residents to leave positive reviews (which is illegal), the Approval rating on this apartment complex is still only 10% HAHAHAHA! Just like All the other reviews say - the office staff is just -------------- who apparently just started working in this business and they are completely rude and incompetent. They are NOT in compliance with HAA (Houston Apartment Association) and they violate the FEDERAL Fair Housing Laws. They don't even use Blue Moon / TAA forms because they're either too stupid or too broke. Again, this is NOT in compliance with the HAA. They don't know what they're doing - DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!”
— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“This property is great.....if you speak -------. It's an office staff of all --------- women. --------, the manager, is unprofessional and has no clue how to do her job. She violates Federal Fair Housing laws on a regular basis and she comes in late and leaves early everyday. The assistant manager, ------ is rude and outright racist. This property is about 85% ---------- because the office staff gives them special treatment. -------- are allowed to have 7 or 8 people in every apartment. So it's over-crowded and the dumpsters are always overflowing. There is constantly ------ music blaring on the property and kids running around screaming (because the office doesn't care there are Unauthorized Occupants in every apartment.....as long as you're -------. I have already notified their management company, The Houston Apartment Association, I.C.E, and Channel 13 NEWS.”
— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“You have to pay electric through the complex so your bill is always high. I called the office to find out what my bill was, they are supposed to mail you a bill but they never do, and I was told I had a credit on my account. I assumed it was a special they were running since I had just moved in. A few months later I got a note saying I hadn't paid my electric bill and they were going to evict me if I didn't pay. When I explained that I was told I had a credit, they told me they guy that told me that doesn't normally work in the office and since I paid my first months rent and deposit on the same money order they couldn't separate them. They wanted me to resign my lease saying I never paid a deposit because of this. After I moved out, they charged me all kinds of fees and STILL said I never paid my electric bill. My renter history is messed up now because they never forwarded any bill to me. DONT MOVE HERE.”
— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“Yes they have remodeled, but they still allow the trash to live here. The staff is rude. It takes at east 2-3 calls to get anything repaired. I went 6 days with no A/C in August because no one could be bothered even writing the service request. The pools are rarely open. Trash everywhere. There is a complex curfew that is never enforced. Do not move here!!!”
— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“I just signed a lease with Reserve @ White Oak. My husband and I have been looking for a decent apartment and it have been pretty challenging finding a decent apartment on the North because either its way too expensive or really cheap (usually a horrible complex) Im not really a fan of Antoine but I will say the property and the actual apartment makes me feel like i am living on the high and modern end. The staff was very helpful and sweet and the new renovated apartments are so beautiful!!!!!!!!!”
— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“I can't believe how amazing the renovations are! The entire community is currently undergoing a complete and total transformation. Everything is brand new! Brand new black energy efficient appliances, new a/c units, new flooring (hard wood), new everything!! I can't wait to see what the rest of the place is going to look like once all the construction is complete. I'll admit I was a bit hesitant due to Sterling Grove's past reputation... However, in order to renovate the apartments everyone had to move out and now they are super strict with qualifications for new people moving in. It is nice and quite (with a small exception of the construction during the day). On top of all that the office staff is extremely helpful and goes out of their way to make sure I am content and satisfied. The Reserve @ White Oak is night and day from what it used to be, and I am extremely glad I decided to move here!!!”
— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“I just moved into my apartment, it was completely renovated. It has a new air conditioner, new appliances, new windows, new floors, it is BEAUTIFUL! I feel like i have an guardian angel looking after me. It was certainly worth the wait!”

— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“This apartment complex has too many low intelligence females running it. Carolina Clark is, at best, an ------- and a loud mouth -----. Monica is a vandictive manager who looks out for only the female tenants. Blanka is the coolest female agent there and alan is the only male agent there who is cool, but has no pull because he only works part time. I came to the apartments in April 2009 through the VA VASH Program and I signed a lease in May 2009. In September 2009, they gave me an eviction notice because Housing was not paying my rent for me. I contacted housing and they told me that I didn't have a contract yet, although Alan told me I did (Unit Passed inspection in April and he told me I could move in). In October 2009, Carolina cut off my lights and I lost about $350 worth of food and spent $200 in hotel room for me and my 2 daughters. Housing Gave me the contract and I was to pay my potion of the rent from April of $102 a month. I paid for May, June and July and they said they will make a deal to pay the balance since I was on SSDI. A month later in November 2009 (after Thanksgiving) I returned home to find a big hole in my downstairs bathroom, that linked water and feces over the whole weekend, although I called for emergency maintainence about 20 times. After No Response, I called The VA, Housing and The Mayor's Office, to come for an emergency inspection. They came on my birthday (11/24) to inspect and it FAILED! The came back 2 weeks later and it FAILED AGAIN! They set up the last inspection for December 22. Carolina had my lights cut off again on Dec 21 and the inspector FAILED IT AGAIN. Carolina and Monica filed for an eviction and told the VA I owed $485 which $150 of that was paid immediately. The Next Week, I now owed $1098.50! WOW! The next inspection is on January 8, 2010, so they are trying to evict me before the 8th so that I could lose my voucher benefits forever. They are crooks and nasty if you piss them off! DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS! IF YOU LIKE TO HEAR GUNSHOTS, SEE FIGHTS, 9 THROUGH 15 YEARS OLDS CURSING LIKE ADULTS, DISRESPECTFUL NEIGHBORS, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE, POLICE HARRASSMENT, TRASH EVERYWHERE AND BURGLARIES OF YOUR RESIDENCE, THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! — 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!! AND I REPEAT DOOOOO NOOOOOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“The apartments are o.k. here but the people who work in the office suck except for Alan, the security here harrasses everyone even if you're just walking out your door or coming home from work. The manager and assistant manager only look out for their own kind, these apartments are slow to fix anything in your apartment, there are people in the office everyday complaining about the same thing daily, you would think by how many tenants are lined up at the office that they were giving away something free,it just doesn't make any since on how they treat and do their tenants here. Also the manager Carolina Clark is a crackhead she be smoking crack in the back of the apartments and Monica works in the office and they talk alot of ---- but can't back it up,scary -----!”
— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“I just moved into these apartments they are not brand new and they are mainly looking out for section 8 type of tenants. So the apt.'s have a little potential and if there are any single women stop by apt. #286 for a strong christian brother just kidding. Go Obama.”
— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“LIVED HERE FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS FROM DAY ONE IT SUCKED FROM MAINTENANCE TO STAFF EXCEPT FOR ONE LEASING AGENT SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT UNDERSTOOD.. THE TENANTS WERE NOISY AS WELL AS NOSY NO TTRASH CAN ONLY BARRELS THE SEWAGE WAS ALWAYS BACKED UP.. IT TAKES MONTHS FOR THE STAFF TO RESPOND TO ANYTHING TO SOME OF THE STAFF ITS A JOB TO THEM NOT THE CONCERNS OF THE TENANTS.......”
— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“why are there so many thugs that keep jumping the fence in da back and on the side street. that is how i no the laws are here when i see all dem foos running. u here gunshots from da property behind us all. its not really here but just were we be.”
— 6240 ANTOINE DR · HOUSTON“These apartments are a MESS!!!! Total Infestation, Grass...WHERE! Bleach Stain Floors, and Bathrooms and Kitchins look GROSS....------, so i ask myself why did I move here, the answer is the managers showed me the good lookin apartments!!!!!”
