“Of course these apartments are in the ------ and some of us don't have a choice at certain points of our lives. Howeveras far as the outside goes I think could be a lot cleaner. They should put lager trash dumpsters are change the pickup days. Trash always over flow on the weekends. Staff is pretty good if you are looking for a hook up theybare allowing apt. 211 to stay in a 4 bedroom alone she is using kid's that does not live with and sub leasing to others. She only paying around $400. a month. She is looking to add kids to her lease to lower her rent at this time. I will be moving there soon and using someone else kids and sub lease the extra bedrooms out. What a excellent Hustle. Not sure if they allow pets are not however 211 has a pretty little puppy and I see others with dogs going in and out of there apartments. Of course they are selling drugs even when I see the cops on site but that is to be expected.”

“basically, the people here just want to sit on their azzes & live off the government. Obviously, the sign does say "government assisted housing project"... ugh! So glad to be out the hood away from the ------ hoodratz! Unless your other option is homeless, don't live here!”

“I HATE THESE APARTMENTS WITH A PASSION THEY NEED TO CLOSED THE LEASING MANAGERS AND AGENTS ARE EXTREMLY STUPID THEY HAVE NO IDEA ON HOW TO CALCULATE CORRECTLY WHAT YOUR INCOME SHOULD BE torn down again IF YOU STAY TO YOURSELF THEN YOU ARE PRETTY SAFE...DONT TRY TO HOLLAR AT NON OF THE ------ THEY TRASH ANY WAYS i FEEL LOW INCOME APARTMENTS ARE MADE FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE TRYING TO GET ON FEET AND GO TO SCHOOL YOU KNOW THINGS OF THAT NATURE!!!!!!”
