“Our stay here has been a nightmare. We’re promised a gated community, this entire complex should be investigated for a number of reasons and have to start now to fix things. My husbands truck was illegally towed and we had to pay to get it out. Not only do we pay for both spots they’re registered in their system. Not only that we’ve had food packages stolen in front of our door. Neighbors harassing us and making our lives uncomfortable to live here. If we didn’t provide our paperwork in the beginning they would’ve raised our rent by at least 15% over what we agreed on.”

They turned $245 against my credit claiming I did not turn in the key that’s a lie! Please run and do not think about living here unless you love rats and them eating your food and destroying your stuff while terrorizing you!”

— 7901 AMELIA RD · HOUSTON“Run! Run away from this NIGHTMARE as fast as you can! This unit was handed over to me before it was ready. I was told it would be ready by Friday, Nov16th. I recv'd the keys on Saturday, Nov 17th. Upon entering into the apartment, I was greeted by one roach falling from the ceiling, a second roach racing across the floor in another room. Doors gone or falling apart. A kitchen that was nothing short of being absolutely disgusting. Pest droppings under the kitchen sink and what appeared to be chicken bones in the warming drawer of the oven. I was told that the unit would be cleaned that day, but when I returned the following day, Sunday, the unit still had not been touched. I gave management one more chance, but when I returned at 11am Monday morning, nothing; not even a phone call to alert me of the delay. This had caused me to lose all faith and trust in the management of this property. I had to pay extra days on the moving van and 3 nights in a hotel. I was willing, reluctantly, to allow management to clean the apartment or move me to another unit, if they would reimbursement for the before mentioned expenses directly related to the mismanagement of the property manager, Miss Evette. She was rude and hostile to my request. I asked for the deposit to be returned since they were in violation of the lease, by not having the unit ready for move-in as promised in the lease. I never moved into this unit. I turned in my keys immediately. I've tried talking to the property manager, but she continues to be rude and unwilling to negotiate or cooperate.”

It only opens with a call so no one can just Inter-and there's cameras everywhere”
— 7901 AMELIA RD · HOUSTON“It's been very good in this community in these apartments the staff is excellent and the maintenance always come on time to fix any issues that I have and there's always parking very quiet and not a lot of people out so I would definitely recommend living here I also love the fact that they pick up my trash”
— 7901 AMELIA RD · HOUSTON“Most of these reviews are fake because the management held a 'raffle' where the residents needed to submit a review and they would choose someone to award $250 to. I can say the positive aspect of living here is that it is relatively safe. But I have been let down too many times to ever recommend this place as a home. My biggest disappointment has to be the lack of regard to their residents. There are pipes outsides the first floor door apartments that will occasionally release human waste and toilet paper out. The first time it happened it took about 2 days for them to clean up the mess. The second time we are at day 4 and they have still not cleaned the mess up outside our door. I have attached a photo to warn future residents. The staff has changed a couple times but I can say that they all still have the same attitude that the residents are an inconvenience and don't have the willingness to help you as they should. There are much better options in the area, please do not settle.”
— 7901 AMELIA RD · HOUSTON“I like the area very much and love the grounds in and around the property”
— 7901 AMELIA RD · HOUSTON“First i would like to say is I am a very happy resident here. I have been here for a long long time. Me and my grandchild feel very comfortable and safe. We love all the new changes and remodeling. Maintenance staff have been incredible! Every time I call the office staff are very caring and send someone out in a reasonable time. I especially love the new pool they are building!!! I cant wait what else they can do. I will defiantly be renewing my lease =)”
— 7901 AMELIA RD · HOUSTON“Nothing but fake nice staff. They will sit there and smile to your face and turn around and come knocking at your door threatening you. Cici especially is the nastiest of them all. Even worse during summer time allows her small child to run around the pool in underwear. How trashy for being the assistant manager. Over priced apartment for nothing you request. No regular exterminator, you have to ask for it. Upon getting the new management they didn't even know how to work the maintenance requests via web. So my requests went unanswered until I had to bring it to their attention. Apparently they allow anyone to move in. The day was moving out a neighbor was out in the street butt naked on crack screaming for her life as the Seal security was trying to calm her down. But yet this is a stand up community for $1,050 a month. Haaaaa. On top of that the community parties or holiday celebration consists of a bunch of $5 pizzas. Before this management came Jakie actually made a difference and the community was decent. I don't recommend living here. Oh and if you complain after moving out it's always your fault. But yet my apartment was in such horrible condition and they had a new tenant in that same apartment in less than three weeks. Ok girls keep trying. ---- this place, four years too long. Don't move here because they don't care about the residents. They care about their image. The pictures of the property are old take a look for yourself. Most of the time the gates are broke because people break them so go on in. If not the code is 7901#. Because cici was too lazy to fix the dial system I was told to do this. Oh and this place doesn't even deserve one star. Recognized and awarded my ---. If you want roaches and bed bugs move in this place”
— 7901 AMELIA RD · HOUSTON“Nice apartments I know there is new management. There is security at night and haven't had any problems. Nice looking and good apartment compared to other apartments around the area.”
— 7901 AMELIA RD · HOUSTON“Nice apartment itself, but we have huge RATS, management not very fast to send the exterminator, dogs and cats running loose everywhere. Sorry I moved in here..............”
