“To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to ask for your help and consideration. I have been a good and faithful tenant of your property at Crowntree Lakes in Orlando, FL for over 5 years. I have paid my rent on time every month, without ever having a late or delinquent payment. During COVID, when I was without a steady income, I used my savings to keep my rent up, when many others I knew were unable to keep up. I keep my apartment clean, I am friendly and caring to my neighbors and the people who work on the property, and I mind my own business. I am also a hardworking single mother of 4 children – 3 of my children live with me, one is active duty in the army. My youngest is in 1st grade. I was recently told my lease would not be renewed, despite my good record above. I am not sure why this is happening except that I believe that you want to try to find a new tenant who can pay a higher rent than me. I think this is so unfortunate, and so I am writing you to ask for your help and support. With rents and costs of living the way they are, I am unable to find a new apartment in the designated time frame. I am afraid that my children and I will be homeless, and will have to live in our car. Is there anything you can do? I am willing to downsize apartments, move to a different unit, or apply for any sort of grants or funding aids you might have. I love my apartment, I love my neighbors, I love living where I do. Even if I could, I would rather stay here – at my home in Crowntree Lakes. Please help me, I have no where else to go and I have no one else to ask. Sincerely, Lissette Marrreo”

— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“Management staff is SOOOOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They pretend to care about you and then they turn on you...DON'T MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!!!!!! If you have a problem maintenance fixes the wrong request when they enter your apartment. You pay your rent and then get treated likeTRASH!!! UNPROFESSIONAL and downright rude staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“I have been living her since 2018 and I am super happy with both the apartments and staff. I feel very safe here. having an autistic son living in quiet apartments matters and that is what you get here. I highly recommend these apartments ??.”
— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“I have been here since 2014 and there has been several different managers. Currently, during the Pandemic it is hard to reach someone in the office but other than that I enjoy living here. Just hope my rent increase don't force me out.”
— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“The staff got me exactly the size apt i wanted. It's surprisingly quite close to shipping and church, oh the swimming pools are right on spot. I also loved it when the staff had a cookout for us, residents. I remember the staff that day amazing.”
— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“This is one of the worst apartment complex I have ever seen as of now. I signed for an apartment lease but management company could not provide me the apartment I signed for and did not inform me even two days ahead of my apartment to move in date. Just a day before my move in date they said they are unable to provide me the apartment that i signed to lease. Arium park management offered me to take lease for another apartment or they will give me my money back that i paid for application and other fees. i didn't like The apartment that they suggested after my multiple inspection. I told them several time if they repair/address things to rectify then i will move in To their suggested apartment. I gave them enough time to repair those stuffs but they didn't address all properly. At the end I decided not to do any business with arium park and asked them to give me my money back that they promised me to give me back if i don't like the apartment the have suggested . But at this point that he's agreed to provide me my money back and just said sorry . Employees in the leasing office are very unprofessional and cannot fulfill the promises they make. I won't recommend anyone to take or sign an apartment lease In this apartment complex”

— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“Thomas is amazing in the leasing office but I've lived in two different units here. 1st unit has mosquitos and geckos and my current unit has roaches and mouse. I've sent several pictures to the property manager and I was advised that it's just Houston weather. The sign says a luxury property but that's definitely a lie.”
— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“Started off to be a great living and the apartments are huge and beautiful besides the roaches, bees and infestation that's rarely ever curated (they exist in the units from beginning, middle and end). Neighbors play loud instruments (bass, drums, maracas, and radio/set very loudly) and nothing is done about it. Birds ---- on your porch all day every day. Valet trash sometimes skip picking up trash. People steal your packages and the office can only video their areas that they would charge tenants regarding, but not necessarily your staircase, breezeway, and door. That takes away privacy, but most concerning is that you can voice out 5-10 times the level of discomfort in your apartment you pay for every month due to neighbors playing their music louder than you even allow your tv to go and the office don't properly intervene so it continues. It also appears that when you state wrongs packages comes up missing and your beautiful vehicles are suddenly scratched. They're so desperate for tenants that anyone qualify to live here. I'm paying to get out of my lease here soon. The staff cool they just don't offer many solutions unless it's Thomas. Thomas does.”

— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“Waste of time, money, and energy. I applied for Arium Park West Apartment #1432 on October 14th 2019 & my application came back Denied on October 15th- same day I was referred to apply with Liberty Rent to CO-SIGN for my Lease & Liberty Rent approved the same day. Following day, October 16th I paid $849 dollars to Liberty Rent and same day Certificate was sent so I could move in to the Apartment #1432 that was ready for immediate move in at the time and even verified by maintenance. I was told by Bertha and Thomas, leasing Manager & agent, to get Electricity turn on, and buy renters insurance in order to move in to the apartment, so I did on October 17th. Arium Park West sent me a "Welcome Letter", set me up on their website, provided me with a personal WIPS Number which I made a $175 payment thru Walmart thinking that's how I had to pay my "Surety Deposit" they had spoken to me about paying- turned out it wasn't Arium West Park WIPS number I had to pay the Surety Deposit but a different Company. Regardless of this inconvenience I went ahead and made ANOTHER $175 Surety Deposit- this time was the correct Company. After having paid in full a Co-Signer, Surety Deposit, Extra $175 to the Apartment Complex, Renters Insurance, Electricity Deposit, and Uhaul to move in...I was told I was denied because I had an "Eviction" that was never mentioned to me after they received my results from my first "Denied" application- wish they would of said something since the beginning.”
— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“we moved to this apartment because of the area, the access to Westheimer Highway 6 and Richmond. Also we moved here because from the outside it looks like a very nice apartment complex. We moved in in December in an apartment that was supposed to have been renovated and it has been a downward living situation sense. I am concerned for my family's welfare in this apartment because of the structural problems going on inside the apartment. And because of the mosquito issues we've had since we've been here. Some nights we could not even sleep because of mosquitoes were so bad!”
— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“This community leasing management are very dishonest & unloyal to the residents. If you refer a resident make sure you stay on top of it because they are going to find a way not to honor the referral. I give them no rating because of they're professionalism is not up to par.”
— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“I haven't had any issues except the noise of the cars in the accessible roads. Nice community though, but my apart is expensive and I don't like the fact that they increase rent every single year I renew my lease”
— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“I lived in this apartment for a minute, and was so ready to move out to a much more safer and well attended to community living , and also away from extremely unprofessional staff. The grounds labor guys are effective, but the staff who sit in air-conditioned office almost all day and talk to you as they please, using such words/language like "I don't care what...." , "I don't give a f**k....", etc.......WOW!! They also lie that they are sending someone out to tend to your request, and you wait all day and no one comes. Was so done and moved at the expiration of my lease.”
— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“Apartment complex is clean, well maintained and comfortable. It's peaceful can't see any problems living here (yet). 5% discount for certain personnel jobs (EMT, Armed Forces), which is great. THOMAS is the BEST!!”
— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“It just it need to inprove in the clearness not so impress with my apartment not well clearn the bath rooms and the cockroach everywere i still need my apartment to well the only issue i have for now”

— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“This is a great apartment to live, the maintenance. I am happy I moved in here. I don't go with online bad rating if I don't experience it. The apartment was clean when I moved in. I will recommend this place”
— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“***PLEASE READ in its entirety*** My strongest recommendation is that you DO NOT move here because if you do, you will definitely regret your decision in the end. The property manger Bertha Juarez is very rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. I honestly don't know where she came from or how she got that position because she doesn't know anything about how to do her job, you can see it in her face. She's all over the place. Also, earlier last year 31 cars were broken into on the property, including my brand new Camaro, and they did nothing about it! I walked around and have video footage and even spoke with residents to see if they were being treated the same and they helped no one telling us they were going to research this. They stated they only had 2 cameras and couldn't find anything and that is what we had to go with. Also, I had made several complaints of mold in the bathroom and living room and they disregarded it saying it was just mold and they could fix that..they are so incompetent in that office. On top of that, I have been going back and forth about the same issue with them for months now. My partner and I moved to Arium Park West Apartments July 2016 and moved out April 2019. Fidel(last name unknown) was the Property manager at the time, Brittany Collier was the Assistant Manager, and Lauren Weathersbee was the leasing consultant who we dealt with during the move in process. Washer and dryers are in every unit in the community but upon move-in, before we signed any contracts, we explained to Lauren that we had purchased our own brand new top of the line washer and dryers from Conns May 2014 and wanted to use our own. She said she would have to get with Brittany and Fidel for an approval and once it was approved, she stated that our washer and dryers would not be able to be serviced by the maintenance crew as they can not be authorized to do so which I totally understood. She then sent an email as confirmation and on moving day, our a moving company, 911 Movers, waited to move our purchased set in as the maintenance men at the apartments moved theirs out. Now that I have moved out of the apartments, the new management team who consist of Bertha Juarez Property Manager, and Mayra Puerta Assistant Manager are trying to charge me for washer and dryers that I never laid a hand on because they were again...MOVED OUT in order for ours to be MOVED IN. I have sent the actual original email from Lauren, a copy of when I purchased my washer and dryers from Conns, a copy of my recipes from 911 Movers (which was unhelpful as the items that were moved in was not listed) and they are still giving me a hard time. First, Bertha Juarez said they had work orders that the washer and dryers had been serviced. I told her that was not even possible as #1 I had no issues with my washer and dryers, and #2 they can not fix on property that wasn't theirs. She then said she would send me a copy of the work order and after me having to follow up with her through email 2 days later, she apologized stating she made a mistake as it was a different unit. Laughable! I had to contact corporate and speak with Sue in regards to this issue and explained the situation thoroughly to her as well, she wasn't much help because it was under new management and I believe she couldn't get in contact with Fidel but I was able to track down Lauren who stated she remembered putting the information in my file. After giving Bertha this information she says there is noting in my file that proves this and there is nothing she can do and even had the audacity to hang the phone up in my face. I went into the office 2 days later and told her how unprofessional she is and that she needs to handle the situation accordingly or I will have to take legal actions as I have sent all documents required, and still to this day going back and forth with this unprofessional management team. It's gotten to the point that I will have to take it further”
“I had to wait weeks for maintenance to repair broken items such as the dryer or air conditioner. When I received information in reference to the dryer, I was left with s noticed that it was unrepairable but when the unit was inspected, maintenance never left me a noticed, so I believed they never came to inspect.”
— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“Their is room for improvement. I would just like for the contractor to clean up after himself and not use my personal kitchen towel. I like where I live. I been living here for almost eight years. Thank you.”
— 15155 Richmond Ave · Houston“Staff is very nice. Service call response is very fast. Nice outside surroundings. Only concern is the roaches inside the walls. I asked to get apt. sprayed but no one showed up. This has only happened once.”
