“If you ever feel something is not right, please document every instance of that situation — time, date, and the individuals involved. Documentation may become your only form of evidentiary support should you need to escalate matters. I’ve been a resident at Bellrock Sawyer Yards for nearly two years, and while the first part of my tenancy was largely positive under the previous property manager, Robert, the last several months have been extremely disorganized and concerning. Robert demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and care for residents. Unfortunately, since his departure, the property has lacked consistent on-site management and reliable communication. Service requests have gone unanswered for extended periods, and communication from the temporary leasing staff and remote management has been nearly non-existent. On multiple occasions, I had to seek third-party assistance to assess potential issues in my unit—such as suspected mold—because management was unavailable. Calling the property phone number now leads to dead ends; it’s rare that anyone is available to assist. If you call Bellrock today, you’d probably see this for yourself. Because of this instability and lack of communication, I’ve incurred personal and financial inconvenience that I now have to address through legal channels. I’ve come across several other residents facing similar challenges, including waiting hours into business operations without being able to reach anyone from leasing or management. Again, document everything. Many of these “professionals” appear unprepared to manage the property responsibly, and accurate records are critical when situations escalate. The level of disorganization and disregard I’ve witnessed over recent months has been unacceptable, especially compared to the professionalism this community displayed prior. The photos attached are snapshots from a video (unfortunately, this platform does not support video uploads). I intend to make the full footage available elsewhere soon. If you’re considering leasing at Bellrock Sawyer Yards, understand that this review reflects recent developments only—not the experience under previous management.”

Don't let the positive reviews fool you, management entices current residents to leave good reviews in exchange for a chance to win a monetary giveaway. If you have a problem while living here, management will take it with a grain of salt, regardless of the severity or seriousness. I didn't have a working dishwasher for my first 4 months living here. Every time I put in a work order, maintenance would come "fix" it, just for it to break/stop working the following day. Even after 10+ work orders for an appliance that is supposed to be a working feature in the apartment, I had to BEG property manager Morgan to actually do something and either replace the entire appliance or order the parts that maintenance had told me about. Aside from my own personal issues, the management company does not care about the up keeping of this property. Hallways ALWAYS either reek of weed or urine & feces due to tenants who decide that they'll use the common spaces as bathrooms for their pets. Management doesn't do anything about it, so you'll likely see for yourself if you end up touring the property on an average day. Not to mention that several vehicles have been burglarized, and packages sometimes don't make it to the proper recipients. Maybe that's why 75% of residents have security doorbell cameras, or maybe that's because there was a string of break-ins back in November which management told us to make sure we were dead-bolting our doors as a solution — anyways. This place is dirty, unsafe, and not a place you want call home. Once you sign your lease, the property manager will not further assist you with any issues that may arise. The only people that have been helpful here are leasing agents Jose and Kyara.”
