“The Management was friendly. The neighbors left me alone, I think I was about the only non--------- person rooming there. Fairly quite except on friday and saturday nights, then there would be people in the parking lot playing loud music and drinking til 4am. There was no hot water and the water pressure sucked. The bathroom ceiling leaked from the room above. Probably not the safest place to live, but I never had any problems in the year I was there. Don't do laundry there, their is just a washer and dryer outside on the sidewalk underneath a stairwell, but there's a decent laundrymat down the road a few blocks on beechnut. You could do a lot better than here, but it's ok for the price.”
