— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“Don't move here new management. Drugs every day. Prostitute. ------ . Management don't care. Bad area. Dog ?? is every single place. Proper not kept up pool dirty. Laundry room nasty. Never in office. Air runs hot in summer”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“After living in these apartments for 13 years with very minimal improvements, the new owners are trying to stick former residents with trumped up charges. In my case, they sent me a move-out statement after I had been gone more than a month. Now Atif with SAF Texas Properties LLC and Pinglia Investments is literally trying to haggle over what I owe, even though his notice fell outside of the legal 30 days. BEWARE View Less”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I lived at Constitution Square for 7 years in a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I love the location and private small setting of the complex. The management team has always been friendly and accessible. The property is beautiful and clean.”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“A real nice place to live, very secure and amazing management and maintenance staff. They keep everything up to date and nice! I have been here three years and do not plan on moving anytime soon! AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE!”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“The manager which is the owner is a witch and discriminates against disable people violating the ADA. The manager/owner will threaten to illegally have you sign a document forcing you to be off the property regardless if your name is on the lease under duress. She is very disrespectful and have strongly express her lack of respect to all veterans. The location is across from a strip club with a lot of unknowns walking around. The manager finds terrorist threats towards anyone because she is the owner as well as feels that low income individuals are not worth being on her level.”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I wouldn't recommend the area or the management. It is run-down. I couldn't move out fast enough. Someone broke into my car. Another lady lived there and they towed her car because the management screwed up.”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I have lived here for 5 years. I love that my apartment has a brick wall accent and an in unit washer and dryer. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The swimming pool and hot tub are convenient, clean and accessed easily. I feel safe here because the complex is gated and there is a security camera system. The complex is located near 59 and 610 so I can easily drive to downtown or midtown. The apartment community is friendly and helpful. If safety is a top priority, consider this complex.”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“Hi. My name is Anne Marie. I love living at Constitution Square Apts. because of the number of units and it's safety. My neighbors are nice and caring. My dog loves the property as well. Panda my little dog has made some friends also. This property is well maintained in the landscape plus the washer and dryer in my apartment is so handy and convenient and I am very happy. Just to be friendly with my neighbors without intruding on them makes me feel very warm inside. Constitution square is very affordable and fulfilling in many ways. A nice jacuzzi and beautiful swimming pool to get my exercise in. Plus a safe, pretty, spacious courtyard for my little dog who is my best friend. What more can I ask for. Oh. right down from the best shops of all in Houston. Galleria is a walk away, plus two freeways Hwy. 59 and 610 are within two miles apart. I hope you decide to come join this joyful community we will welcome you with open arms.”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I have live at Constitution Square Apartments since August of 2006. This is a nice, small community. The building and grounds are well-kept. One side of the complex has a great patio with a pool and hot tub, and the other side has a nice fountain. Recently, a camera system was installed to upgrade existing security measures. The management and staff are attentive to the tenants' needs. Any problem, that I may have encountered, was resolved as quickly as possible. The centralized location of these apartments makes for easy access to all that Houston has to offer. I plan on staying.”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I have lived here going on 5 years. I originally moved here because of the easy access to University of Houston. I love that it's quiet and has several security features. Maintenance is usually quick to respond to any issues. The environment is always clean and well maintained. Easy access to most major highways and great entertainment. I highly recommend this complex especially if you are looking for a safe and secure place.”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I lived at Constitution Square from November 2013 through February 2016 when I bought a townhouse. I cried when I dropped my keys off! Although I'm excited about my townhouse it's sad to leave the friends I made. My apartment looked out on the fountain courtyard, which I really enjoyed. It's a great price for the Galleria area.”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“The manager is a witch. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Fake and deadly. I was a good tenant and paid my rent on time for 2 and 1/2 years. When the problems started and I complained about my air conditioner not working in July and having no heater for two winters she turned into -----. The maintenance guy does his best but with air conditioners and heaters needing to be replaced he can only rig the junk until it breaks down again. Again, the manager is -----. It is cheap but you suffer for living somewhere cheap. It really is a dump.”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I have enjoyed living at Constitution Square apartments for over 3 years now. I am sorry to be moving really and wouldn't be if didn't have to leave TX. I loved it here! Not only for Location, Location!!! Where else can you find a gem like this in the Galleria for the price!! The property staff is exceptional and the grounds are too! The property is so well maintained and they are always adding flair to the property with little things here and there. They are always right on it with improvements to the property. The tropical setting around the pool and the fountain area is just awesome! Occasionally, you'll see some of the residents wanting to participate in the herb garden around the property. Believe it or not, it is relatively quite here with in the gates (as much as it is off Greenridge and Fairdale). Pet friendly, they have doggie bags around the property for your doggie and little treats in the office for them should they stop by for a treat. This property provides cable, filters for your air filter and other little amenities such as a small workout room, gated and covered parking ad much more. It is truly a gem! Leanne being part owner takes great pride in taking good care of this small but, quaint little property. I so loved living here!! Good Bye to all of you here! I will miss you all! Susan”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I currently live here and it is the absute worst! The old wrinkled lady who is the manager.... is never there! They will cheat you out of your money and apartment! You will NEVER get ANYTHING fixed! ??”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I'm currently living here and have been since 2005 and I love it!!! Ms.Leanna and the staff are very nice and friendly, she has made tremendous improvement. Complex ground are always clean, the place is very well maintained and maintenance issues are addressed very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, safe and friendly place to live.”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I've lived here for a year and a half, and I have to say that this is one of the best on our street.. the owner and management staff have always been quick to respond to any and all issues I have ever had, and the grounds are kept clean and quiet year round! I happen to have a unit almost directly behind the strip club many people are mentioning here, and besides a little traffic on weekends, there has never been an issue with noise or people.. I walk home from work late on the evenings, and once I'm on property, I know I am quite safe. We have two security officers who work overnight and I see them making themselves sitting out in front on a regular basis. The owner has been very flexible with me on several occasions when I have had to be late on my rent or utilities, which you rarely find anywhere else, and I have recommended several co-workers and friends to try it out, which they have and have had no problems thus far. Parking for residents is hidden securely behind the complex, and visitor parking is sufficient and convenient.. sometimes the people who frequent the new club up the street try and park in the visitor area, but they are USUALLY taken care of by the towering service as quickly as possible. The residents are mostly senior citizens or us folks in the service industry, and it stays relatively quiet, the only occurs when we are coming home at night, and only for a few moments while we unlock our doors and say goodbye to our guests. I would highly recommend constitution square to anyone moving to the galleria area if you are looking for a smaller, quieter property.”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“The owner is a drunk nut who is never on site . She drinks wine on property and has been seen by residents get into her suv to drive home drunk. Shes rude and abrasive and I can't wait till my lease is up. The property is behind a strip club and there are several night clubs and bars on the st and you see shady types who mill around. No visitor parking really....... Wish I knew that before! And the roaches are awful! Dont rent here unless you hate yourself. .”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I have really enjoyed living here for the past year and a half and hope to continue living here through the rest of medical school. The staff is friendly and helpful, although, I do wish the office hours were more convenient. The complex is small, which is something that helped me decide to move in. The resident parking is just fine but there is little to no visitor parking without getting towed. For the most part, there is very little noise to have to deal with, at least on my end of the complex. I would recommend this complex to family or friends looking for a place to live.”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I m a father of two boys; a single-divorced parent with no work. I moved in this apartment at the end of May this year. I think, it was August or September when my SUV got broken into but there were no damage to the car; some items and money were stolen by the perpetrator. I did reported it to the management office but there was nothing they can do about it. Then lately, my apartment was robbed while I was away. I just noticed it when I went to my closet and check for something. Prior to this, I had a battery/bulb changed work. The first time was fast and easy tasked and I even commended the work of the staff which I also gave them permission to come in without my presence. Second and third work was the same that it had happened but, this time I have some items that were missing. There was no force of entry. The thief stole my precious thick blanket that was purchased from Iraq (it was a gift for my mother), a jacket, adult s clothing, children s clothing, camping gear back, towels, laundry baskets, hang ers, and etc. I would think that this kind of agenda was done by an inside job because, there was no force of entry. They used a key to enter the front door or probably it was done while doing some maintenance work inside the apartment. The first work probably is to observe of what you have inside the apartment; they are free to roam every corner of the apartment because there is no presence of the residence itself. The second time or third work would be the time to strike since you trust them to work and give them the permission to work without your presence; that was my own mistake the next time if I have a work that needs to be done by them (the management office) I will make sure that I am present all the time to supervise their work and to ensure the work is done completely. Right now, I just don't TRUST ANYONE. It was my lesson learned, no matter how nice the staff or how good they are.. just don t trust no one. I could have write a good review if this thing did not happened to me...and I only lived here for 6 months and plus days.”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I signed a lease in May, 2013. Nov. 4. 2013 I received a bill for approximately $150. Upon investigation, I was being charged a higher monthly rental and my monthly utilities were being used against this higher rent. I have spoken with other residents who experienced the same treatment from management. In addition, I had to wait over one month to get my washing machine repaired when it stopped working. First, the laundry was too small to work on it, then maintenance needed more room in the bedroom. followed with the realization that it was too large to get through the doors, and a request to move most of the living room/dining room furniture. It was finally repaired by a contractor. Furthermore, this past summer my air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. I was having over $300/month electric bills and took a copy of last year versus current year electricity usage to the manager. Nothing was done until my air conditioner was completely useless and it was 91 degrees in my apartment.”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I'm currently living here and have been since Aug 2012. Upon moving in, we needed to move in sooner than we thought and the owner let us do so even though the apt clearly wasn't ready. We don't have a problem with parking as we have one assigned covered parking inside the gates and are free to park outside the gate with numerous spots available so long as we have a parking sticker. Our apartment is right behind the strip club centerfolds and occasionally on the wknds it tends to get a bit noisy with traffic but gets drowned out by the tv. Complex grounds are always clean, they are quick to tow anyone without a sticker, maintenance is quick and oddly the pool is never dirty as I walk by it everyday to walk my dog. Property owner has been pretty lenient with us paying rent on the 2nd or 3rd and on occasion we have gone past that but only made us pay a late fee of $50 once. Last week we didn't have hot water for 4 days which normally I would be pissed and trust me I would have been quick to raise hell but with it being so hot outside a cold shower wasn't so bad. On the other hand, last Monday our AC went out!!! It didn't get fixed until this past Sat. They told us they had to order a new part, came by to see whats going on and I kind of felt like we got the run around but finally they came by to fix it on Sat. The reason why I didn't raise hell and turn into a raging B is because we adopted a cat after moving in without telling her and she found out so now we have to pay a $400 pet deposit but she's allowing us to split the payment and is also pretty cool about when its due. Other complexes would make you pay right then and there or get rid of the pet. One thing...I'm watching our family dog for a few wks and she thought I was trying to sneak him around so she told my boyfriend that she didnt appreciate us doing that when I just got off the phone w/her and told her the situation. not a big deal. Overall I would recommend this place. I don't interact with the propert owner very much but the times Ive needed to she's been professional. There is an answering service if you call after business hours which they relay the message to her. Lastly, the office girls she has sometimes don't seem to be too knowledgable.”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“Management sucks and if you like bugs and no respect on maintenance requests, then go for it. There are hidden costs too, like trash fees etc that are not made known up front. Rude rude rude management. The gates are never locked!”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“I am against writing anything negative about an apartment manager because if you do not have anything nice to say, then do not say anything at all. The only one bit of knowledge of warning I could share with anyone deciding to move into this complex is the simple words from a Temptations song called "Smiling Faces". A song that is so simple and yet so true and complex enough that could change your life if you listen to the lyrics and heed the knowledge they are trying to convey to all of us. Smiling faces sometimes pretend to be your friend. Smiling faces show no traces of the evil that lurks within. They don't tell the truth. Beware, beware of the handshake That hides the snake Beware, beware of the handshake That hides the snake Jealousy (jealousy) Misery (misery) Envy I tell you, you can't see behind smiling faces Smiling faces sometimes they don't tell the truth After this, just beware of what you are getting into and if something should go wrong, you will be left hanging at the alter and left with a black widow that has only been waiting for her victims that she knew she would be able to attack and then evict. I once even heard her tell one of her new office staff that come and go, come with me Lisa, I want you to watch how it feels to evict a tenant. She had just sucked in another victim and she was in her realm. Leanna Laster loves to evict tenants I think better than renting to them. However, there are exceptional cases when there are tenants that fall into the low income bracket and she gets pay off from the government or if a tenant is Hepatitis C Active and has Active Aids and cannot evict this tenant. Also, Leanna givs special rules to people such as this and allows them to pay rent weekly and they are over $2,000.00 in arrears in rent but do not let another tenant be in trouble with being out of a job and they will be evicted in one month. But, if you have AIDS and HEP C, you can pay by the week and be in arrears and you will be protected by the law and by Leanna Laster. One tenant lets her dog just use the apartment for a bathroom instead of walking the dog because most of the time she is too drunk to walk the dog. I have so much on this apartment and picturs to and she thinks she has something on me. Oh my,my,my!!!”
— 3015 Greenridge Dr · Houston“So, after living here almost 10 months, I'm sad to say that I don't think I'd recommend this place. It's really for one simple reason - NO ONE IS EVER IN THE OFFICE. It's very frustrating when there isn't anyone there and you have a question that only they can answer or have to pick up mail that if they had been there, they could have been given it for me to pick up later, instead of going to the post office and waiting in line. The maintenance is fine, parking is fine, and even the neighbors, though some seem shady, are fine. The apartments themselves are kind of old yes, but they are well maintained. It has nothing to do with that. It's the fact that they are NEVER in the office. Seriously. They aren't. The hours are from 12-6 Mon-Friday and they are there maybe once or twice a week, if not that, and they usually aren't there the whole work hours. What's sad is that the few times they are in the office, they're very friendly. Whether it's the landlord or the receptionist, both are friendly as can be. I really wanted to like this place, but the only thing preventing me from giving this place a yes, and renewing my lease, is the fact that nobody is ever in the office.”
