Also people walking around at night are normally families going for strolls or exercise or walking dogs etc... also if something this serious occurred to your boyfriend why was there no police report or ambulance called if he "blacked out". Why not make it aware to management? Seems like your not being forthcoming!. Anyhoo i have had absolutley no issues with .management or property in the three years i have been here. This is a very safe community and managment is quivk to help you with issues. Highly recommend this property.”

My boyfriend was coming by after work early in the morning on Sunday the 30th and while he was getting his stuff out of my car he saw a young man come running toward him by bldg 17 with a gun. He demanded money and my boyfriend hit him a couple of times when three other guys rushed up behind and hit him in the back of his head. He went down and they kicked him till he passed out. Stole his ring,wallet and phone. He was lying between my car and another SUV for over 30 min and he ended up crawling towards the sidewalk to get up. He barely made it to my apartment before he passed out again. I don't feel safe here anymore. Too many people wandering around at night and hanging out by the parking lot. I leave early for work and now I feel scared to walk to my car. I will definitely be leaving when my lease is up. It's getting too ------ no body knows how to park, gates are always open or broke, never saw roaches the whole time I've been here till now. Management should keep residents aware of breaking ,robbing and etc with fliers for our safety”
“I have lived in many apartments before, but Winchester Place has honestly been the best, I do not see myself moving at all, I have found my happy place. The maintenance works diligently and well. I put in a work order and it's done within 2 days. The office girls are so sweet and friendly, they are fun to make a conversation with and extremely professional. The community is so friendly, everyone smiles at each other and says hi. Even though the property is older, the staff and service is beyond me, thank you Winchester Place!”

The woman in the office was rude and incompetent, I asked to see the apartment they had available, but she would only show me a model apartment, nothing like the floor plan I was looking at. Walking to the model, I noticed that the apartments grounds are not well kept, I could smell dog waste just walking around. There was garbage blowing around the parking lot, the manager ------, did not even seem phased. I came in during the middle of the day and there was a tremendous amount of cars in the parking lot for a work day. Unsupervised children screaming curse words at one another, again something that didn't seem to phase the manager. If they treat prospective tenants so disrespectfully and don't seemed bothered by the appearance and atmosphere of their community, I can only imagine how bad it would be to live here! They have such a good rating online, I was genuinely surprised by the experience...then I realized most reviews are written by people who have lived in the complex less than 90 days! Beware!”

I decide to wait for my boyfriend so he could walk with me, the suspicious person saw my boyfriend and decided to walk towards. As we are walking to our apt which is located on the main street we noticed a SUV driving towards the entrance without lights and license plates ,the suspicios person is walking towards the suv got in it and left premises.”

It is exactly what I was looking for; quiet, clean, dog friendly, and reasonably priced. My actual apartment is spacious, and has a fireplace, and there is a 1/2 mile walking trail around the perimeter of the complex which me and my dog utilize every night. The front office is probably one of the nicest and most professional I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Pooja and Stephanie in particular are always very helpful and attentive whenever I have an issue I need addressed, or just when I am picking up a package! The maintenance team, Luis in particular, always resolves my issues quickly and efficiently, which is a nice change of pace from my previous apartments. All in all, I would recommend this complex to anyone who was interested in the area!”

It is a very quiet, safe apartment complex. Kids are free to play safely around the complex. My neighbors are very friendly, not loud at all. You can't hear through the walls like I read in reviews from other apartment complexs, I know thats a big deal to some people, so thats a very good thing. Maintenence is very friendly as well and it does not take long after you sumbit a work order for them to come check out and fix the problem you may have. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, they were very helpful in accommodating us to what we were looking for in a specific price range. I was worried about packages arriving to the office just because it is my first time renting but none of our packages have ever been lost. Overall it's a great place, especially for first time renters. I definitely reccomend this complex.”

Now they have big a** green clothing donation box on property really bringing down the neighborhood, get notices all the time for dumb reason. I have lived here for almost four years now, never seen roaches up till here recently I have called to have come spray and they dont come.. And someone tried breaking into my my place one night, broke into to someones elses after a failed attempt on mine and supposedly he lived on property and I have yet to get any update if he was taken care. Or they least they could do is send out letters warning people that someone is breaking into apts. The people who work in office are never on time.. Says they open at 830am and no one is there till after 845am... Cant wait til my lease is up and get the hell out of there...”
