“Angie was very kind and helpful. She went out of her way to help me and reach out to my previous landlords and Employer. I work over night so my day schedule is very crunched. I am pleased with my new apt.”

“The move in was easy but i do feel like applying online is a bit stressful. Other than that the staff where super nice, didnt have any problems when applying, and any questions i had they where happy to answer. One negative i suppose could be mentioned is the parking, sometimes you have to park all the way in the opposite side of your apartment, but again you can always pay for a reserved parking, which in my opinion isnt too expensive ($20/month) compared to other apartments.”

“It's relatively quiet, the grounds are well maintained, management does a good job of making any corrections, the repair work after the winter freeze was done relatively quickly even with the increases demand for materials. All in all it's been a pleasant experience here.”

“We enjoy living at Steepleway Downs Apartment. We have had great neighbors and little noise. Steepleway maintenance is always prompt and professional. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable.”

“The community is very safe and very calm, there is a lot of stuff to do around the area. The apartments are clean and have spacious areas. I would recommend them to all of my friends if I could . Overall it's a pretty great place”

“Do not have any comments. Good place to live in. The survey is good way of management getting to know the tenants responses on maintenance issues. Good way and step for both management and tenants to discuss.”

“The apartment is a great however some of the people who live in the complex are a little suspicious. Especially during the night time, I Know there's illegal drugs distribution. I would stay, but not with that kind of stuff going on. Secondly, safety it's most important. I do not like that everyone has the same exact gate code. Not only is it easier for outsiders to enter without permission, but the code is 1111, meaning it's easy for outside people Who do not live in the complex to remember The gate code. Plus the gate is broken and almost every week. The complex need to invest in a real gate that can limit access to outsiders.”

“I had a wonderful experience management was so nice I am loving my apartment..I would definitely refer my family and friends the property is nice and quiet maintenance is great trash pick up is on time everything in my apartment is working”

“The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Parking is NEVER an issue on my end of the complex. There's a closed street so you can always park within feet of your apartment if theres no parking within. They've got 2 laundromats, vending machines. They've got a park for your kids and a recreational area right next to the park. The gym is within feet of both so you have plenty of entertainment. You need a key for the recreational area and gym, so nice security system. Their gym is always kept clean, there's never trash lying around. Your neighbors never a bother, everyone is respectful. The kids get along and its so respectful/ and safe that they just hang out all the time. The maintenance team is truly PROFESSIONAL. The pool is bery nice and clean. Its the perfect place to live at.”

“The faculty is incredibly helpful. The complex is well kept. Very safe community. The gym and pool are very nice as well. It's very close to main roads that contain grocery stores. There is easy access to nearby washeterias as well. Overall I'm satisfied with this apartment and definitely recommend to anyone. (It is pet friendly)”

“Bad experience, horrible parking, very small apartment full of roaches, also I was lied to about the tech package was told that they would match price but they didn't, they continued to charge me for service when I already pay for service as an employee of the internet provider”

“It sucks the apartment looks old no upgraded Appliances it has a lot of roaches old floors and cracked walls. Not enough parking really bad cell phone reception the whole complex building looks trashy and old loud neighbors no security just not worth the money I pay but overall the leasing people are professional and nice and works with yu.”

“Great! Adrian at the office is the best!! He is so helpful. And Cesar, the maintenance expert, is so great! They always answer promptly and provide excellent service whenever I submit a work order or just pass by and say Hi”

“Peaceful, and happy love the space and the look of the community i can't stress enough how thankful i am to be living here. Love the staff, love the surrounding restaurants really quaint and cute loves it!!!”

“Is got better the last 2 years out of 5 years that i've been living here..there used to have alot of little cockroaches all the time in my apartment before this status will stay on top with their bugs spray garbage pick-up service got better the last few months in picking up nightly.At one point garbages were not being picked up over a week. The xfinity wifi packaged of $55.00 included in our rent are mandatory. At first i didn't want it but since it is mandatory i had to have overall now i like the wifi service .hoping next year the rent will not escalated too gym,nice pool ,nice new laundry mat which i haven,t used eventually try it out.overall external of the property and internal of my apartment unit is pretty well kept.”

“I pay extra monthly, which is not optional, for valet trash & it is not getting picked up. So that leaves ant all over my porch in the morning. I pay for pest control but me & my newborn are getting bit by bugs. Maintenance is not being properly done. I've called them out multiple times for the same issue. They're doing a quick fix and then the same problem returns.”

“The staff was the ultimate reason I chose this property. They were professional, courteous, informative, and considerate of needs. I had some medical issues due to Covid-19 and required more time to relocate.”

“Very clean community very pleasant to live in excellent location 4 freeway access very close to kids at schools also close to shopping centers to buy groceries and other needs for your home adequate parking for everyone to place their vehicle”
