“Please don't rent here, it's a real headache rent here, it's the worst place to living, unsafe, the maintenance doesn't have any idea about maintenance, noise apartments, no have to space for parking your car or truck and if someone comes to visit... No have visitor space it's full all days and the wreck takes the car and sends your car to the parking state garage....”

“So I currently live here because its affordable for me ..and I love my apartment because it spacious but I have a hard time with maintenance here. Most of the time I see them walking around not doing nothing. I literally have to keep calling the office to get something done to my apartment. Prices are going up too much even you renew your lease it goes way up too high when the apartments aren't even worth the price. The staff here doesnt respond to situations like they should but when it comes to rent there real quick to leave a notice on your door. My vehicle has been broken into numerous of times it's ridiculous the staff doesnt care about your safety here...its just a big front when you get your apartment but after that your on your own! I recommend anyone who plans on living here to closely read the reviews because everything people are saying on here is true. I took a big chance coming but I've experienced it all.”

“First of all let me begin saying that these are trailer trash Apartments please people don't waste your time and money coming to these apartments it's not worth it read all the bad reviews that other people had to say. There's a tow truck company that has been hired by the manager and when they want your vehicle gets towed away which is very f*****-up because not knowing why and the apartment complex gets half of the profit of the tow truck company from your vehicle and not a lot of people can't afford to get their vehicle out. The staff members from the apartments don't let you know that there's tow trucks roaming around morning night afternoon they don't let you know anything because it's their convenience for you not to know anything a lot of people had left the apartment because of the problem management seems not to help or understand at all 4 important things that they should be doing they don't work on like remodeling repairing the apartments these apartments are over 50 years old and ever since has not been remodeled or repaired so people watch and read the reviews first before coming over here I hope that one day the owner of these apartments or whoever's in charge of these apartments do something about it something effective in right away. Maintenance is horrible there's always trash and it leads to flies,there 8s no security cameras anywhere in the parking lot just in the office oh, and supposedly there's a security guard watching at night when all he did was go to sleep while someone came at night to break into ppl vehicles. My sincere advice ppl please don't come and put yourself in this thankfully my lease is up in 2 months first read all the bad reviews ppl before moving in and I'm talking for experience ok Good thing staff members already know not mess with me when it comes to my belongings the MADEA comes out of me if you know what I mean.”

“I hate it here, I have been complaining about the water leak in my walls and CIELING but they have not ACKNOWLEDGE my complaints now I am having RESPERTORY PROBLEMS DUE TO THE MOLD ODOR, because i have mold in my bathroom and ceiling and its secer, My CIELING is in the process to collapsing in my kitchen area any moment now... water is leaking heavily In my liggt fixtures in kitchen and bathroom im afraid of a fire... someone help me resolve this issue...”

“Horrible place don't believe these people who they get to give them a good review there horrible there are stra animals walking around with fleas which get on u and go into your apartment if u live on the first floor your ground floods under the carpet took almost the whole year we stayed there to fix only fixed it to try to get us to renew if u live on the second floor your roof leaks I know because they moved me to two apartments the main women in the office is a horrible person she plays nice to get u to sign then becomes a different person when u have problems please keep your family safe and stay away and on top of everything when we said we wanted to leave because they weren't fixing anything she told me we would be charged breaking a lease and when we waited to our lease was up they made a bogus list of things wrong to not pay us our security deposit back I'll be taking them to court please go somewhere else I wish I could put no stars”

“I was a tenant at creekwood for a year. What can I say about that place other than it was mismanaged and disgusting. The office staff are quite a trip. Rose who lives on property is a drug addict. She parties at other tenants apartments on property. While at creekwood, I saw her obviously drunk off her --- and buying a white powder from some junky neighbor. I didn't have to think twice to know what that substance was. She is an absolute disgrace to the company. Nova asset managment, the company who owns creekwood, should be extremely embarrassed about their choice in staff. are a joke. You should be embarrassed and get some treatment. As far as matinance is ;t hold your breath on anything getting fixed anytime soon. I feel bad for anyone staying at creekwood because it is riddled with bed bugs. My neighbors were forced to move out and pay extermination fees when they informed the office of the bed bugs in their apartment nearly a month after they moved in. They were basically kicked out because creekwood did NOT treat the apartment before they moved in...allowing bed bugs to grow. While I was at creekwood, I saw at least 3 other apartments throwing away mattresses that were COVERED in bed bugs. If you live there, be careful of furniture and mattresses left by the dumpster. They are riddled with bugs. Instead of working with tenants to rid the bug issue, they make you pay and kick you out. Also, during my stay at creekwood, the managers mother lived on site. She would go from porch to porch stealing cigarettes and cigarette butts. After being threatened by Rosie about complaining about her mother to the office, I actually had to make a police report stating her mother was stealing and technically trespassing. I had to put a motion sensored video camera in my front window even. Talk about stress and unecesary measures to live with. I have gone on and on abut creekwood, and could say SOOOOOOOO much more about what a complete disgrace this place is!!!!!! DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!”

“These apartments are a damn joke! It's full of every bug you can think of. The parking lot is always full of trash and trashy --- people! Kids run around like they are crazy and the parents don't even watch them! The maintenance is terrible! They want to write violations for bikes and BBQ Pitts being on the balcony but when it comes to fixing something in the apartment they ignore you. But if it's rent they are in you like flies on ----! I hate this place and the people that run it! I'm glad to be moving once my lease is up! I cannot stand it here any longer! I've been here over a year and they haven't fixed my restroom they haven't fix my kitchen they haven't fix my celling and they haven't fix my windows every time it rains water gets inside! Trashy --- people live here that party so damn much they throw up outside they leave the trash can outside and it always stinks! The water is shut off so many a times durning the week and weekend it's just sickening! This place is trash!!!! DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS! DONT NOT MOVE HERE! Worse choice we ever mad! The water even stinks! This place is a damn joke! The manager is one of the ones that party to damn much and doesn't care for anyone but herself! This place is --------! --------!!!!!!”

“I have lived in this apartment for over a year now and I only have stayed here this long because of the closeness to my wife's job now she want to move to, I have asked numerious times for the management to fix problems in my apartment and they don't pay me any attention until its rent time, the out side alone is infested with fleas and bed bugs people move in and out monthly because anyone can move in people have gotten robbed walking to there apartments, the water is off once a week its a fire hazard there is only one entrance and exit to the complex off of the 290 feeder, when it rains hard my floors get soaked including carpet the most they do is dry the carpet with fans there is also water running threw the inside of my walls and they don't care I'm working with the BBB as well as tenant rights and multiple other rights groups when I said I wanted to move out they said go ahead and break your lease we don't care your not getting your security deposit. save your family the hardach”

“We moved to these apartment out of desperation because we are on housing assistance ... DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO CHOICE ... The management is horrible if I could fight them I would especially ---------------- ( no --- ------- )... There is roaches... Loud ---- --- kids always running around waking up my 2 month old child . ------ is sarcastic as ---- ...------ should be drug tested ... And DONT get me started on maintenece LORD HAVE MERCY ... THE WATER ACT BIPOLARS ... THERE IS ANIMALS IN THE ------- WALLS ..DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE.”

“These apartments are a joke! The maintenance is horrible! The employees are even worse! Every weekend the parking lot is full of trash. People drinking in the parking lot smoking weed doing cocaine in the public like if that is some sort of normal thing to do. People getting robbed and beat up even shot at. Horrible conditions in every aspect! ------ --- people not watching their children and crackhead running all around. The water is horrible as well. The trash cans are always full and furniture everywhere full of bed bugs and every bug you can think of is inside of this place. Mold mildew growing all over the inside of the apartment! They need to shut this place down. They never want to fix anything in the apartment but when rent time is due they are blowing up your phone & knocking at it like they are the police. The manager is a ----- and never seems to take her customers seriously and doesn't care how people live in these conditions because she doesn't live on the property. I would give his piece of ---- place no stars but it's not giving me that option. ---- this place!”

“I stayed at creekwood with my brother for one week (he lives there) I was mortified at what the conditions are like there. It rained and my brothers apartment flooded. The water was then shut off twice that week all day long for maintenance. I saw a woman who my brother told me was named -----. She supposedly works in the office and lives on property. I saw her buying a white powder from my brothers neighbor. We all know what that was. I couldn't belive the amount of roaches at creekwood. My brother said the staff doesn't comply with monthly extermination. While staying there, his neighbors brought out a matress visibly full of bedbugs. It was absolutely disgusting. My brother said that wasn't the first time he saw someone who has bedbugs at creekwood. When I left the apartments after a gross, nightmarish week, I noticed sewage running across the parking lot near the exit. Isn't that insafe, unsanitary, and illegal? Creekwood would not be reccomend ed by me by any means and I feel sorry my brother has to live there until his lease is up 4 months from now. If anyone reading this is considering moving here I don't reccomend it. I only stayed for one week and couldn't stand it there.”

“I moved to creekwood apartments about a year ago. What a huge mistake. I am in the process of moving out as fast as I can. The office staff is especially rude and unhelpful. One of the office staffs mother steals cigarettes off my porch daily. The apartments are dirty and out of date. My dishwasher has been broken for the past 2 months. Maintenance is obviously unattentive to the needs of the residents. The grounds are somewhat nice however the roofs are rotting and the gutters leak. Minimal maintinance has been done on the grounds since I moved in. I am very disappointed in choosing to reside at creekwood apartments”

“Not a bad place just run by a bunch of idiots and maintenance is a joke. The office lady has her mom going around stealing cigarettes like a crackhead and as we speak knocking on my door. If they had some good people working here the place could be nice.”

“im back to update my review.. and unfortunately for them it STILL ISNT GOOD. like i mentioned on my last review i had a man follow me to my car one night and had a man knock on my door at 9pm another night... well about 2 weeks after that i heard a knock on my door. when i went to go see who it was there was a note in the crack of my door saying "im watching you" my boyfriend took the note to the front office and all they said was file a police report.. and surprisingly they looked shocked that someone left the note on the door and tried to say that WE did it.. seriously.. how can you be shocked that something like this happened. they act like there complex is perfect and has no faults.. this complex is atrocious . anyway we ended up breaking our lease. i have a 7 month old daughter and between the man knocking on my door at 9pm, man following me to my car, the note left in my door, the gun fights, the robberies.... its no where id ever wanna raise my child. thank god my boyfriend got a better job.. he makes to much to live there anymore anyway. oohh and they have a new courtesy officer who knocked on my door at 10pm to deliver my late rent notice.. are you freaking kidding me... tape it on my door and ill see it the next day.. don't knock on my damn door that late. if this was the last place on earth..... id live under a bridge .”

“they are just flat our horrible. they have plenty bed bugs and roaches, there maintenence is a joke and there employees do street drugs. i wouldnt move there is i lived under a bridge. they just some sorry people that live there and so is the employees. im sure that they --------- that live there are all illegal immagrants”

“The apartments are cheap but falling apart. The water stains everything brown. Super noisy especially during the day. They have a guy who walks the grounds all day honking a bicycle horn and yelling "pizza!!!! pizza delivery!!" Who makes like 1$ pizzas in his kitchen then walks around the apartments with them trying to sell them for like 10$. He must be married to an apartment manager because they let him stay all day everyday. The washing machines will just fill with water and leave your clothes in a nasty soup, the dryers wont dry your clothes. There is not one resident there who speaks english. The place is filthy and huge groups of little 4 year old mexican kids run around unsupervised, screaming and littering all day long. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY. It doesn't get much worse without the city condemning a place. Also, we were charged an extra months rent when we tried to move out. For a month that we wouldnt even be there.”

“my roommait and i moved in a year ago and been through hell and we not back the water does not stay one temp. and its always brown and it u let it run for a long time u can smell it and it smells nasty. on weekends u cant find a parking and the loundry rooms there are never any avalible or they are broken they have very very bad roch problems they well sleep with u in your bed they will cook with u. the walls dont even touch the grounds. and we gotb broken in to and the office manager try to say broke into are own apartment. the offie women are very rud and if u need something fix and u tell offic they never turn it in. we had a leak on are roof ana they didnt fix it they just painted over it...... ugh!!!! do not lease unless u like all of this”

“I woke up this morning, got showered, got dressed, brushed my teet you know all the stuff productive people with jobs to go to do. When I got to my JEEP i noticed the back window on the driver's side was hanging down. No biggie because I have a soft top jeep and the top is not in good shape at all. But then I noticed that the door was unlocked, the center console was open and the glovebox was broken. all the thief took was some jumper cables and my cd's. I say to the person GET A JOB YOU LITTLE -----!! If I knew who you were you wouldn't be able to walk anymore, but I have no idea who you are so i will rant on the internet. I hate thieves.”

“I've been a resident at Creekwood for the past two years. There are some positives and some negatives about this place. The good news/bad news first...Well, the bad news is that there have been many car burgularies especially in 2007. It seems to have become a little better now that they have a part-time security officer on the premises. Also, sometimes the water doesn't work and when it cuts back on, for about 5-10 minutes the water is rusty. Also, some of our electrical outlets went out. They use to not charge water when I moved in and now they do. They are also going up on the rent with an extra $15 bucks. The security gate is always being damaged and is open alot. As far as parking, there is plenty of parking in front of your apartment unless you get home past 10:00 pm, then finding a spot in front of your apartment is difficult. Since I've been here, a man was shot when he opened his apartment door by another occupant over drugs and he died. It took the police a long time to respond to the situation. Also, another man had his throat sliced while he was being robbed. Both of these situations occured about 3 months apart from each other. Also, people let their children stay outside late...well past 11:00 pm and that is absurd. They don't make a lot of noise but I thinks it is not a parental thing to do. Also, early last year, a two-year old and an infant were abandoned in a car for many hours. P.S. don't try to have a pizza delivered past 9 pm because they won't deliver there. They are scared because before I moved there Creekwood had a horrible reputation. I didn't think it was that bad though. The office staff is so-so. But the office manager Maria is really cool and she will work with you, especially if you pay rent late. The good news is that the rent if affordable, there are not bugs crawling everywhere like other people that complain about their apartments. The neighbors are really nice and quiet. That's hard to find. There definitely is not too much noise even at night on the weekend. They are pretty quick at fixing things when you need it. The a/c works very well. Even though last year was a little rough, you will always have things happen where ever you live so you would have to decide for yourself. You would be conviently located by the BELTWAY, 290 east and west, 610-E and 610-S I-10 east and west, 45-N and 45-S. Not far from NW Mall, the Galleria, Memorial City, and etc... you get the drift. Hope this review helped a little!!!”

“HELLO MY LEASE WILL BE UP FEB 2008 I JUST WANT TO SAY MY VAN WAS STOLEN DEC 22 2007 AND IT WAS FOUND DEC 29 07 AND JUST JAN 4 08 WE HAD TO CALL THE POLICE THE CAR THIEVES WAS BACK TO STILL AGAIN BUT THEY WERE SCARED OFF. IT NEED BETTER SECURITY OVER HERE AND MORE LIGHTS IN THE BACK AREA.”
