“NOT NOT NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE!!!!! Ive been living here for 4 yrs and have put up with so much. Let me start with my A/C it leaks water and my light bill runs up to $300 because the ac compresor is so old it has to force it self to work! Every time the leak gets fixed it will start leakibg a week later and the Indu doesn't care if i sleap and fall im pregnant and all he says is"IS NOT MY PROBLEM"! My car has been towed 2 times for no reason and i told the manager and he said he couldn't help me...really why does my own car get towed in the where i LIVE MAKES NO SENCE! And also the water sewer is the worse the is human waste all over the apts parking lot. Last but not least my rent has gone up 4 times $25 and this apts just keep getting really bad. I hate moving to one place to another but I will be moving out once my Contract is up i cant keep living here for the sake if my kids....”

DON'T MOVE IN HERE IT'S BAD PLACE.....the first day I moved inn..... when I back home I found that there's a crime and K9 every day here with dog ......big pace for ROACHES FULL OF ROACHES.....old place.....the only good thing it's close to every thing...find another place. that what I'm trying to do.”

“I've been here for almost one year..and Ive experienced some of the worst resident service.. The management team always seen to want to take advantage of respplidents pockets..they always try towing ppl cars since they do get some money for screwing residents over... they always lack in fixing thing.. there are always sewage problems and there are times when literally there is human waste all over parking lot.. the manager is never responsible enough to get things fixed.. Diana the front lady in office treats residents very horrid and rude.. if you dnt pay your rent on time then you better be ready for charges because they dnt wait and dnt care about residents economical situation.. ppl getting killed outside illegals drink all the time and there's lots of drug trafficking”

“A lot of gun shots to many getto people a lot of pipe problems 2people killed in 1week and both shooters got away now police officers Walking around the apts at night time suposably. Protecting the apts wich is scary helecopters surrounding the apts to see if more crime scenes haooend shame shame shame no dont move here only if u like gettoooo!!!”

“The Preggo girl is rude --- ---- I try talking to her and knowing I'm posses off she just tells me go talk to the Indian owner I have roof leaking since I've moved here U live.with roches after roches they came to exterminate and more came into my apt They come.and fix your problem but by 2days it still goes bad into disaster These apartments are horrible horrible ... Don't live here there always changing the girls in the front desk unperfetional. And no type of experience they try to charge u with diff type of evictions notices no no I hate these Apts ..loud --- music at night curtesy officer is scared of people rude as hell always on the phone.. Hope the city of Houston can come to these apartments and ---- them down”

“First of all, Michelle is gone, she was a sweet heart busting her butt off for these ungrateful owners. The new girl (forgot her name) she's a young mexican girl is RUDE AS HELL. She has no personality whatsoever, I tried leasing here and she was just straight up, did not smile, did not hesitate on providing excellent customer service skills. If she wants to work with people she needs to be working at a funeral home instead. Not to mention this complex has ONE entrance only through Blalock Rd and you MUST exit through the back of the property on cedar post ln which causes such an inconvenience. Glad I did not move here. I hope that that latin girl in the front desk gets fired soon b/c she has no human personality whatsoever.”

“Dont move here. Worst apartments ever. Maintenance people are lazy, never get anything done. My shower head has not been working for almost a year. Instead of fixing it, they just set up an attachment so I have to be on my knees when I shower. There are roaches everywhere. My phone service has been off because the apartments won't allow AT&T technicians to come inside the gate to fix it. They send an outside technician to try to fix it and I have to pay for it out of pocket. When the guy came, he wasted 2 days of my time and didn't do anything. They have 4 visitors parking spots, which are always taken by residents, and when I asked for a visitor permit for my guest so that their car wouldn't get towed they told me I had to pay $100 for a piece of paper I could print off. The manager and leasing person are incredibly rude. I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of here. Don't move here!!!!!”

“The apartments are full of roaches overall my apartment has been bombed six times with no help .. maintenance is no help reported a broken window seal to the office after a month it never was fixed had to fix on my own, vehicles have been vandalised and broken into ... Kids outside smoking drugs, property stolen from patio manager has changed three times since I moved in along with leasing agent do not move here!!”

“Eventhough people have different openions. Since last June the management company changed they are doing very good. Former lady manager sucks and now there is a Indian manager doing the most to keep us safe and clean. I would recomend people to move to this location which is very very convienent.”

“We've been living here for about 6 years now and so far everything has been good except for one time that I had problems with my a/c, it took a while to get fixed but that was the only major issue.”

“I USUALLY STAY LONG WERE I LIVE BUT NOT HERE. THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS, THEY NEVER FIXED MT AIR IN MY CHILDRENS ROOM, THEY ONLY PUT CEILING FANS WHEN MY BILL WAS OVER 300.00 AND MY WATER WAS ALWAYS 70 OR UP NOT EVEN A HOUSE IS THAT HIGH. TOO MANY GANG FIGHTS AND SHOOTING. TEENAGERS SMOKING WEED ON PROPERTY AND SECURITY IS NEVER NO WHERE TO B FOUND. IS THAT ENOUGH FOR YOU TO STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THE HELL HOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I LIVED HERE LAST YEAR AND NOE THEY WANT TO CALL ME AND TELL ME I OWE THEM MONEY AND PUT IT ON MY CREDIT SO NOW MY CREDIT IS BAD AND I PAYED THEM EVERY SINGLE MONTH ON TIME! PLUS THERE IS NOTHING BUT ROACHES AND DIRTY DRUG DEALERS AND PROSTITUES THAT HANG OUT REAL LATE AT NIGHT IN THE PARKING PLOTS. DONT MOVE HERE TAKE MY ADVICE YOU WILL REGRWET IT.”

“straight forward enough? if your car is decent when you sign your lease, by the first night it will change, if you have children, keep them inside!!! hope you like looking at the pool, cuz its never open, dont bother spending money on a gate key/card, its always stuck open anyways, security is non existant!! and tenents show no southern hospitality either, i feel like i should have a passport to live here, catch my drift?”

“Terrible. Ever since management changed about 1.5-2 yrs ago it's been going bad. If you call with complaints because some drunks outside are playing music and breaking bottles they tell you that they can't locate the security gard so deal with it yourself.”
