“TLH is by far the worst apartment complex we have ever lived in. The employees, management, and RAAMCO corporate office do not care about their residents. We were residents of this community for roughly two years and can without a doubt say this complex failed to enforce community guidelines and provide a safe and enjoyable living environment for my family. The employees cater to tenants who violate their lease while making empty promises of resolution to respectful residents. Management and RAAMCO have no interest in properly accommodating residents who have been wronged and failed. It is nearly impossible to get a returned phone call and email from the Regional Manager and Corporate office regarding a serious matter that has been neglected by on site employees and management. After weeks of attempting to speak with someone from Corporate, we finally received an emailed response from the Regional Manager that was political and completely dismissive and careless to our situation. The lack of empathy and measures taken from TLH Management and RAAMCO is absurd. This corporation and complex have no standards and no intention of being honorable to the people renting from them. During our time here, consequences were never enforced to the tenant disrupting peace in our home and Management never accommodated us for our ongoing complaint. TLH Management and RAAMCO are a joke. Do yourself a favor and choose a different apartment complex and be careful who you rent from. We hated our time here. TLH and RAAMCO are not worth your time and money. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.”

“NOT APPLY HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU MUST PUT A SECURITY DEPOSIT DOWN IN ORDER TO APPLY THEN IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND THEY KEEP IT . THAT IS UNLAWFUL AND A SECURITY DEPOSIT MAY ONLY BE USED FOR DAMAGES AFTER MOVING OUT. LOOK AT THE PICTURE TO SEE THE LOOPHOLE OF HOW THEY ARE STEALING PEOPLE’S MONEY! How is an “ application deposit” kept for “liquidation damages”. Damages for what? That’s why you charge an admin fee for your WORK! NEVER HAVE I HEARD OF THIS. Jazmen Salazar is RUDE AND MANAGER IS TRYING TO AVOID THE SITUATION.”

“I just moved here and it has been horrible so far. I made the mistake by not coming do a tour before I moved here. It’s very dirty throughout the complex. The building and sidewalks etc looks as though they haven’t been power washed ever. The balconies, stairs and park lot need to be painted badly!! There is no dog park on-site which doesn’t make any since at all!!! The tenants have very old and loud cars. The tenants in my area play loud music in their loud muffle sounding cars. The tenants also keep their balconies very dirty and unkept. I am assuming this company does not have rules regarding appearance of the balconies or property. How hard would it be to power wash, paint add a dog park and make these filthy tenants clean up!! Not my type of environment at all!! Will definitely be sure to tour a place before I move the next time.”

“This experience stood out for me. I made a maintenance request and during the holidays system changed and request didn't get done on schedule day. So, I was sent an email for apologies and to reschedule the next time to come. I totally forgot to call and reschedule but they came anyways on the suggested rescheduled date...... I was very impressed and how great of a job CarlosR did being that I wasn't prepared at all. He neatly set my things aside to cleaned my carpet. Awesome job he did too! It really made my day being that I totally forgot to call and after a hard day, he really put a smile on me face even tho he was just doing his job!”
