“Please do not move here! These apartments appear to look nice on the outside when they're are ranned down! I had to wait 3mo before someone came and fixed my garbage disposal! It was so unsanitary! I've also encountered possums in my walls and and roof I mean you could actually hear them scratching and walking inside my walls! My ac units leaked so bad that it I had water spurts on my ceiling which then turned to mold! Then black mold thereafter! Which is dangerous!! For me and my three children, the apartments never had a steady maintenance guy! They kept the outside great while the units are poor! And if you don't pay them your rent because of things not being fix they evict you! And want you out!... Please please do not move here! Even the people that works for this property are running cause it's been a mess and they are walking into chaos! It's that bad!!”

“THIS PROPERTY IS SUPER ------ AND RUN DOWN! THE MANAGER THAT WAS THERE WAS STEALING MONEY AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! ON TOP OF THAT... THE OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY AT ALL. THERE ARE RACCOONS AND ROACHES INFESTING THE PROPERTY! THERE IS A NEW MANAGER NOW NAMED NELLIE AND SHE IS PRETTY AMAZING AND IS HONESTLY TRYING TO HELP US OUT BUT THE PROPERTY WAS "LEFT FOR DEAD" FOR SO LONG THAT I AM NOT SURE SHE CAN SALVAGE IT! SHE HAS BEEN A GOD SEND FOR THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD ONGOING MAINTENANCE ISSUES FOR MONTHS AND HAS REALLY TRIED TO GET EVERYONES HOMES TO A LIVEABLE CONDITION WITH THE teeny tiny BUDGET THEY CLAIM TO HAVE. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE AND I WOULD RUN QUICK!! AND IF I WERE NELLY I WOULD RUN TOO! SHE HAS WAAAAAYYYY TO MUCH TALENT FOR THAT DISGUSTING PROPERTY! SHE SHOULD BE WORKING FOR A GOOD COMPANY THAT VALUES THEIR EMPLOYEES, THEIR RESIDENTS AND VALUES THE GREAT MANAGER THAT SHE IS! RUN NELLY RUN!!!!”

“The worse place I've ever lived. The roaches are horrible. There's not an onsite maintenance worker, repairs reported take weeks to complete. There's no parking unless you pay an additional $15.00 to reserve a spot in which all spaces are reserved but no one parks in them. The AC upstairs does not work properly in any of the units. The landlord (Nancy) stays on property in the leasing office and will not answer the door for emergencies. Also, they do not exterminate, she landlord give roach bombs and roach acid for each tenant to do themselves. The entire complex is infested with roaches and bombing will not work. Itâ??s a cheap place to live but once there youâ??d wish you would have paid double to move elsewhere.”

“this is a small clean property. kid friendly. It has been a wonderful and peacful experience. The property Manager was and is top notch in customer service. the rent is reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend you check them out if your looking for a new apt.”
