“Don’t move here ! Car break ins ! Property manager is on coke ! They never fix any ! When they do they charge you for what they fix ! Which is a scam because they give broke or super worn down appliances! They are private own so they basically make up rule as you go ! Everything you do outside or your apartment is basically a fine ! Not kid friendly at all ! The property manager will say they are doing what ever just to evict you ! Miss Debra ! Or mr what ever she prefers also will Probably never get fire since she is in cahoots with the owner of the apts ! Shiesty Iranians ! As long as miss debra is extorting tenants which equal more money I don’t think they will ever have a problem! Debra the property manager let tenants sell drugs as long you pay her a portion! So far we got extortion,drug trafficking, & maybe money laundering! Even if you pay your rent she still find a fee for you to pay extra ! Shooting often take place ever other day ! The drug don’t really help the property manager at all she come off as super aggressive super arrogant obnoxious I think it’s the coke! Very poor representation. I wouldn’t have a person dress like that in my establishment never in life if you’re trying to lure possible future tenants in it’s best to get somebody who dress casual or business not wearing super big shirts super big pants sagging do rag and ball caps. That a be my first red flag ! Don’t move here run !!!!!!!!! Tryed to save money but all they do is take I stay alone no one come over and I barely be home some how the property still found ways to give me fines I swear I can’t make this up don’t even go here If it’s your last options I rather go to a shelter!”

“At first I thought it was real good and I thought you were respected and cared about by management not at all correct aren't they management like is for you to pay your rent on time game over I have had problems weekly for months they've been fixing the outside light since I moved here nine months ago I put the order in because the lights blink in the kitchen in my bedroom but they came and change the bulb and put a different plate up on the wall never fixing the problem leakage in my bathtub for 7 months bathtub is discolored from the leaking from the ceiling but I was told it's just water I was told it was just water water don't discolor a tub termites because the building is so old I was told they were fruit flies and I had no fruit at all in the house at all fruit flies come from fruit not out of the wood again I had to go buy some stuff to spray myself roaches coming out of outlets that don't even have a an apartment next to it coming out the old AT&T outlets that they've had in here forever that hasn't been covered up constantly water coming from sewage pipes outside consistently problem is just passed up and never fixed I need to talk to somebody so that I can break my lease I have paid my rent on time every month since December when I moved here washing machine has been broken for three weeks going on the fourth one but management say they did me a favor by letting me have one 9 months ago told me she told me that if it breaks then it will be removed if it couldn't be replaced that was not correct I was never told about that I was never told about a $30 charge I was never told about a charge of company or anything that they dealt with about a washing machine because I would have paid monthly for my washing machine I am disabled I cannot pick up over 5 lb definitely not to walk with it to go walking back and forth with a walker and a walking cane with dirty laundry is utterly ridiculous there's no heartfelt nothing here just money because of my condition I asked the moving a bigger one bedroom apartment but I'm going to be charged $250 to upgrade to a bigger apartment which I feel like it's Ludacris I pay my rent on time every month there's not a late fee that has ever been charged to me for anything so just think about what you're doing before you do it when you move here I need corporate to give me a call how about that the initials is LC.... it amazes me so that management would rather see a good paying client leave a unit instead of putting a client in another unit at least offering cuz this whole building has a shortage in it and I'm going to get out before it burns down real talk”

“At this moment I keep having a problem with them coming into my apartment without my permission or an emergency reason at first they would say it was maintenance for a work order I put in weeks ago but only to find out stuff in my house being moved around and maintenance leaving items after complaining and getting pissed we agreed they would let me notify me before entering my apartment so recently they tried to come in my apartment without me knowing but I changed my locks and canceled all work orders so they wouldn’t have to come into my apartment because at this point it’s creepy I feel they evading my privacy and I live alone and work a lot so barely be home so I don’t see the need to always want to come in my home so now they tell me they need to turn on the water in my home and noticed I changed my locks then after catching them In a lie they said to check my pipes in my home to see if they leaking and went inside all the apartments my neighbor said no one came in her apartment she was at home all day so when I get home from work the water was on I asked the office to give me a statement the reason they wanted to come in my apartment without my permission and non emergency she disregarded me and said the city told them to check the apartments I ask my friend whom live across the street did her apartment people come in her apartment to check the pipes she said no At this point I’m clueless to why they always want to becoming in my apartment when I’m not home I don’t live in a nasty environment my apartment is well kept and always get compliments from maintenance how nice it is but it’s creepy and making me want to file a police report on the apartments staff”

“I wouldn't recommend these apartments to a dog to stay their management sorry and the most petty raggedy slum lords apartments her maintenance anyways walking around but don't never fix ---- the office people stay in yo business their not kid friendly they have shoot outs damn near every other day ------- fight ------ all the time extremely messy and the office manager b in the mix to and don't forget she wants to b a man so bad with her pants hanging off her poor --- and the office manager talk like she big ---- she let guys sell drugs in the apartments as long as u pay her under the table u really need to call the police she running a drug scam cause even tho she let u sell drugs in the apartments she'll will break in their and steal yo ---- to I know ole roach --- hoe”

“They kept me in the office for hours on the day of move-in. then the lady told me they were still getting the apartment ready, so I had to drive around with all my belonging waiting until they got the apartment ready because I completely vacated my previous residence and was moving to the north side from the southwest side. When I get the keys and go into the apartment, the apartment was DISGUSTING! I had to clean the apartment myself. The tub was nasty and dirty, there was black mold all in the toilet, the carpet was nasty and stained, and the worst part was the kitchen refrigerator. It was infested with gnats. The shelves were in the middle of the floor with thousands of gnat eggs all over the shelves. The interior of the refrigerator had dead and living gnats in every compartment along with gnat eggs. There was a leak in the tub also. This was by far the worst apartment renting experience that I have ever encountered and unfortunately, I've had to renew my lease twice because circumstances wouldn't allow me to move. I am really hoping all things go well for me once this lease is up so I can chunk the deuce to these low budget, slum lord apartments. Oh and my apartment was broken into two weeks ago, so there's that. DO NOT MOVE HERE unless there is no other choice for you.”

“These apartments and its staff are the worst. My ac has been out a whole entire month. They dont try to fix nothing. Debrah is A lying scheming bull dagger. The apartments are roach infested. Mold everywhere! I first moved in she moved in a unready apartment. The apartment air didnt work, had mold, and smelled like it had been flooded. She then moved me in a somewhat better apartment. I filled out all the paper work on what needs to be fixed. Tub was filled with stains, mold and rust! They dont even give you corp number for further assistance”

“WORST APARTMENTS EVER WE HAVE MOLD THEY HAVENT CAME LOOK AT TOOK THEM 5 days to fix air fixed a broken draw with a nail the office lady have a scam going on with tow truck you have to pay 25 cash for VISITOR PARKING PASS THE GATE CODE ALWAYS BROKE SO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR CARD SHE ALL ABOUT MONEY CAUSE SHE SNORT IT ALL SHE RUDE ASF AND VERY DISTESPECTFUL AND GOT ALOT OF RULES JUST TO GET PAID YOU WILL NOT LIVE COMEFOTABLE AT ALL CAUSE SHE ALWAYS SENDING A FINE GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE CANT WAIT TO MOVE”

“The reason why you see these reviews about roaches is because there was a sewage back up when I lived there. That area of Greenspoint shares the same line. For some reason, all of the first floor apartments in the area flooded with pop water. Matinence came by and shut off the water. I called my mom to help clean up the nastiness (Matinence said they could not clean it because they would have to clean the entire property's floor if they did mine). 2 days later (mind you, we had carpet because they lied to us and said all units had hardwood but did not) Matinence pulled up the carpet, halfway cleaned the baseboards and steamed the carpet. Did not clean AT ALL. The smell was horrendous. Roaches EVERYWHERE since then. There was never an infestation before that. Yes. You read this right. We all complained that they should give us the hardwood that we were promised or new carpeting and baseboards. Nothing was done. After this, the smell was soooo bad each time it rained that you had to open the doors and windows for ventilation. Please listen carefully; IF YOU LIVE IN THIS AREA, DO NOT CHOOSE A DOWNSTAIRS UNIT! You will regret it. When I tried to leave because of the infestation, they pretended like it was not a health and safety issue and put a broken lease on my record. I should have called the health department..... Worst living experience EVER. DO NOT MOVE HERE.”

“Stay away from here whatever you read from this article it's is true. Debroah is a two face ---- ----- that drinks while working. I have seen her hitting children in the playing area she goes to people apsrtmentwhen they don't pay in time and steal TV or anything valuable and she is a -----. Maria likes to kiss Debra --- too much . One day I seen her in the car cleaning her nose she might be on drugs and one of the maintenance worker loves to go in and take whatever you have so watch out they hiding to see when you leave. Worst place not child friendly roaches leakings”

“Stay away! Unprofessional as hell!. Yeah! I am about to break this lease & pay double deposits somewhere nice. My apartment was roach infested before I moved anything here. They have half --- workers. They don't fix ---- properly. I'm very upset with this so called management. I had to call the owners personally because I was told nothing but lies about fees they don't know wth they doing in that office. What happen to dressing professional ? Ratchet at its best. I will be moving ASAP! Maria is so ------! Yes! Very! Only one with sense is the new lady. They need to get rid of them all from office management to bootleg maintenance who live in property.. This fool came to my apartment with his dog oh but it's no dogs allowed on property. No washing cars but yet he stay washing his on sunday with the maintenance office tools so why they don't fix ---- on weekends . smh! Move elsewhere. They rush people in here just to show they leasing is my guess cause these apartments dirty & full of roaches mold& broken ----.”

“Theses apts are tha wrost in tha world, they dont fix anything !!!! The manager is so rude and nasty, the staff is just her puppets.. They let 3 rapists move on property child molester ,I got a notification in my mailbox only because they had to register, They tow cars every day,I mean every day, and what sad management helps tha tow drivers.. If you don't BELIEVE move here and watch you live a nightmare by tha way its not a safe property”

“I should have read these reviews before I moved here.. Please believe everything thing that's said about these apartments.. Yes Debra the property manager keep a dog at the pool. Someone left him in a unit when they moved out. She keep him... But my question is why... Why not Take him home with you or send him to a animal shelter. Its a very good look to keep him at the pool when new residents come to view the property. They don't fix anything they only put a bandage on it. And like a bandage will wear off and so will your issue resurface. and of course they don't care. they are the most unprofessional people you will ever meet. I have never went to a property and the manager is sagging with her hat on side ways. Like shes at the basketball court with her "homies" and "homietts" Really!?!?? The assistance management talks so fast you can't half understand what she says. I keep having to say what did you say? After having some many issues I decided to move out before my lease was up. I just could not take all the issues so I jump ship... So please... You have been warned ...Make this place your absolute last... Very last resort....”

“OMG where do i start I have been living here for 11 months before moving in they had roaches everywhere which I had to clean.. they don't fix anything my bed room and living room light have been out FOR MONTHS only one aisle on the stove works they have poor communication they have high water bills my window was loose I shut the door after making groceries and it fell in me and my daughter had to sleep 5days w/o it been fix an then they charged me for it the only way they fix things is if you cuss them out Deborah ---- --- walk around here like she's king long ---- she approved me quick because I'M GAY but once she seen I was in a relationship she started being a ----- you only have two visitor parking permits if you loose them they25$ a piece 10$ for gate card if your number change you have no way to get in never the ---- again they locked me out my unit on they negligent they took my tv once I got it back it was damage smh RUN YOU DON'T WANNA LEAVE HERE they shoot the cuss they fight hpd always here 10cars deep!!”

“Debra is a powder head and weed head, she steals money from tenants. I have a camera in my house and when I got home one day I ran it back and seen her trying to get into my safe that I have underneath the bed. Ingrid and Maria is very rude, and unprofessional. I HATE these apartments.”

So if you already have broken lease you will have another living here I wish I would've known before moving here trying to save can't save sh+t here they always in your pockets it's sad a lot of people are stuck here knowing they have no where else to go”

“I have been here for a year at first i question staying here because there were people hanging out but i can honestly say there's people here that are extremely late on rent and walk around like they don't owe shitt and wonder why management talk crazy. i haven't had one single problem with Deborah or Ingrid i pay my rent and if late i pay what i have to .if anything needs to get fixed there on time remember you get the respect you put off. There very understanding and have never been rude to me whatsoever.they do have a little roach problem but you get what you pay for that's not there fault by some raid save your money move on .”

“This place should be burnt down. Is nasty with roaches. Management sleeping around with tenants, Debra. She keeps her dog in the pool area, even more nasty while he pees in it. Maintenance sucks. I hate living here and I'm leaving when my least is up. A group of unprofessional trying to "look" professional. Save your money and time. Don't move here. Sewer backed up again March 2015. “these are the worst apartments in America......I move in October 2014 to a very filthy apartment with no baseboards throughout the apartment. when they finally put the baseboards in 3 months later I was told they can only put the baseboards in the living room. these ladies are very unprofessional rude as hell and really don't care about their residents they always changing the rules always want extra money and if your rent is not end on the 3rd before 5 p.m. You will be charged an additional $50.... This is the worst place to live ever!!!!! I will not be renewing my lease”

“This is my FIRST apartment and I hate it the apartment itself in the inside at least is OKAY , first let me address new management they are terrible ! And have horrible attitudes the old management was much better and caring , my car was towed for not being parked head in BUT management hadn't notified the residents about the change and didnt care because they posted signs on the entrance gate , how dumb is that who post signs on a moving gate and expects ppl to read it as their coming in ! Just dumb. Secondly the maintenance is terrible they will come 4-5 days after being notified or won't come at all ! It's so much shooting in the apartments I dont even go outside ! Im so ready for my lease to be up so I can move , terrible staff , terrible area , terrible apartments and then they have the nerve to raise the rent and our water bills increased by $50 a month , tuh!”

“moved here in april 2013 425 large 1bd dishwasher was broke stove and refrigarator is old thermostat was replaced also a leak coming from upstairs into my shower was repaired but they didnt repair it upstairs no problems with parking until recently my new car got towed for not parked head in i did not recieve any notice of any kind and was out of$208 in one hour to pick my car up i spoked to debora to atleast take off water bill to be fair im still wating for response its quiet at night security cameras at front gate”
